Great place. Near SM MOA. Near restaurants and drug stores. Place is as described. Easy to communicate with the host if ever you have queries. Will definitely book again if ever I'm going to an attend event near MOA. Thanks for the great place.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. And the best part of it, parking was near the entrance. Overall, it was really great.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

My family enjoyed our stay here for 2 days. The place is very relaxing and provides enough space for my infant to walk on. The place is also closed to MOA where a lot of restaurants are available and the amenities are also big enough to accommodate a lot of guests. We will surely book again in the future! I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.
