5 stars for me po for our stays. Ang problem lng po nmin eh walang signage yung condo like if e or f tower siya once na nakaakyat kna sa elevator. Di kmi nainform agad na kapag holidays ndi nakakabayad sa admin para makaavail ng pool tas wala na rin coupon that time so di kmi nakapag swim 😌 and may mga ipis lng po na onti. anw, super sulit ng binayad nmin, recommendable nmn po siya sa iba hehe and wala pa 10mins nandun kna talaga sa mall kapag winalk mo salamat po!!!

The place was great and we had so much fun celebrating our Christmas party at Boris & Mitch's listing. The place was clean and the Host was very nice, she accommodated all of our requests and was very responsive with our questions. Thank you so much! ☺️

It is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The apartment is very clean and safe, with absolutely nothing missing. The reception is open 24/7, and there is a swimming pool, a gym, and very fast internet. What impressed me the most was the view from the balcony; I won’t forget those dinners on the balcony or the morning coffee anytime soon. We stayed there for almost a month and had an extraordinary experience. Communication with Miss Joan was flawless—always very quick and filled with exceptional kindness. The location is very central, just a short walk away from Glorietta Mall or the Landmark supermarket, with access to parks and a 24/7 convenience store just around the corner. I warmly recommend this place and hope to return there soon!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Great place! The place was well decorated and had a great view. The area is also a 3 minute walk away from the Venice mall so its very convinient. Guards and reception area are very accomodating to airbnb guests. 10/10 will definitely book again :)

Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

One of the best staycations we had in 2024! Thank you, Kuya Paulino and Ate Marisa, for accommodating our 15-pax family. We had a perfect staycation to celebrate New Year's Eve. Our children made so many memories and want to book the place again. Maybe we will come back to book this place again soon once we visit back Manila since taga Infanta kami. We are one of the first Airbnb clients of this place, and I say this is one of the best staycation investments so far. Place is clean and elegant Sobrang bait na host. The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

The unit is good, we were able to cook our own food. The area is accessible and easy to find. There’s a fast internet that is good for working. No issues with water, the neighborhood is peaceful. The only issue is there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining area when we arrived but we were able to get rid of it. But our overall stay is good.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Lucilyn's home The place is so quiet and calm to relax, I felt like home. Everything you need (self-laundry, groceries, malls, etc) is close to it so you won't hassle, but it's recommended to bring your own vehicle.

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at her mice and quiet place. Highly recommended!

The space was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, allowing us to get work done efficiently while also enjoying some downtime. The WiFi was strong, the work areas were spacious, and the ambiance made it easy to focus. After work, we loved unwinding in the cozy common areas. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, and Karen was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. If you're looking for a place that balances productivity and relaxation, this is it! Highly recommend, and we’d love to return.

The place is great and looks exactly what is in the photos. It’s on the 32nd floor, so the view of Makati skyline and the surroundings below is superb.

Great place to stay. Accessible to all transportation. the place was clean and well maintained. Kris, was very responsive with all our queries including our requests. The place is sitting ontop of the Venice mall. So it has lots of shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location. It will well equipped and pen pen the owner communicated quickly.
