Me and my fiance has a same reaction when we enter the room. We both love the place and definitely this place will be our home everytime we're here in the city. The place is spacious and luxurious. All the things you need is available and free to use. The host also prepare a fresh fruit for us ☺️. The host is very responsive and accommodating. It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

Christia’s place was well loved by my aunt and friends who stayed there for this booking. They say the rooms are nice, location is great with good restos around and Christia is very responsive to their concerns. Would love to try staying in this place soon

Love everything about the property and it’s convenience. There’s a 7/11 literally infront so in case you need something urgent you can get it instantly. I think I’ll stay here longer next time x

Room is clean and spacious. Host is always responsive to my needs/questions. Parking is very much accessible since it’s just literally infront of the lobby/main door. High end feels in the lobby and room. Will rate 5 star for my experience

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

I had a really pleasant stay at Janine's place. The unit was clean and organized. The location is perfect since the building is literally next to my workplace and there's Mcdo, Starbucks, and convenience stores nearby. The bed is so comfortable and the AC works well. Overall it was excellent!

2nd time to book and I really recommended the place. Location is perfect- near the guard house, grocery, main road, etc. Has good environment and enough parking space. Host was very welcoming and thoughtful. House appliances were also complete and you can freely cook what you want since cooking utensils are all available. We'll surely book again. We had a wonderful time at the Black House with our family. The host was responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The pool was amazing! Great for the warm summer and not too cold at night. The place had everything we needed. Will book again in the future!

The host was always helpful, friendly and responded quickly. We chose this area because it's generally quiet at night and that's certainly the case here, no disturbing traffic or other noise but still a convenient walk to Greenbelt, etc. There's a Starbucks and 7-11 very near by too. This is a big condo compared to most we have stayed at in Manila. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom towels very good quality. There's a nice powerful shower and the water can go as hot as you need. We didn't use the kitchen but it's a big space. The WiFi signal was very strong, even in the bedroom and the owner had just bought a big new TV with Netflix when we were there. My wife loved that the owner has some nice plants in the unit, making it feel homely. There are only 2 (+2) condos on the floor on this level so very private, it's also on a high floor. The building lobby is also very nice. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Staff very helpful and responsive. The villa was nice and looked exactly like the photos.

It was a great place. However, The AC in the master’s bedroom is not that cold, which needs cleaning. Everything was good but the dog of the caretaker is also kind of too near the gate where the dog can reach us and it kept on barking at us and trying to reach us. That’s just the things that we noticed but other than that the place was good.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

Very accessible. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Convenience stores and eating places close by. The place was clean and compact. Comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Secure and safe.

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.

we had a great stay, complete amenities, enjoyed the big tv, the relaxing interiors and the view at the balcony... the co host was very acomodating... 😊

To begin with Rafaelo’s place is a great place to stay if you have a big family. Comfortable kitchen, and I enjoyed cooking some good meals , nice living room, the rooms are big and with no charge I was be able to wash my dirty clothes. He’s a kind hearted host & accommodating all my requests with no issues. I will definitely be back here. Thank you so much Rafaelo & appreciated your help.

booked a few hours before our check-in but never had a problem. all inquiries were answered and we were assisted right away. pool vouchers were also readily available upon our check-in.
