This has to be the best house in Piran, the house and gardens are absolutely fantastic, even better than the photos portray. Location couldn’t be better and the communication with Misa is excellent, thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Piran, I don’t think there’s a better Airbnb available!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement avec notre fille de 5 ans. L appartement est vraiment magnifique encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le quartier est très calme et les animaux de Petra sont très gentils (surtout Lexa). Nous avons été très touchés par toutes les attentions de Petra à notre arrivée ( bouteille de vin, macarons, amande du jardin, livre de coloriage et bonbons pour notre fille...) La situation est idéale pour découvrir la Vallée de la Vipava et rayonner dans le sud ouest du pays. L Italie est aussi très proches et on peut accéder aux plages italiennes en 30 min. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht, und der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft bereits befüllt – sogar Kaffee war vorhanden. In der Küche hat es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Der Garten war riesig und einfach perfekt für unsere Hunde, die viel Platz zum Herumtollen hatten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super – der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit und lässt sich gut erreichen. Der einzige Minuspunkt waren die Betten, die leider recht unbequem waren. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen, besonders für Hundebesitzer!

Le logement est parfait, je recommande fortement. La vue est magnifique et le jacuzzi est trop bien, tout est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. On reviendra surement, merci !!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

Wir waren komplett zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat direkt auf unsere Anfrage reagiert - wir hatten kurzfristig am Vortag gebucht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, Kommunikation auf Deutsch war problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Bildern/Beschreibungen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, Fahrradverleih beim Vermieter möglich, alternativ Bikeverleih 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - ca. 15 Minuten. Auch zum Strand kann man gut laufen - ca. 20 Minuten. PKW konnte direkt vor der Wohnung im Hof geparkt werden. Der Pool und der großzügige Bereich um den Pool kann durch alle Wohnparteien genutzt werden. Unsere Wohnung lag direkt an der Durchfahrtstraße, dies war uns aber durch die gelesenen Bewertungen bewußt und hat uns nicht gestört, da die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück in ruhiger Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen und dennoch nah an der bezaubernden Stadt Rovinj. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Sie hatten auch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung in Istrien suchen!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist der Freisitz mit gemauertem Grill. Für den schönen Pool war es uns leider noch etwas zu kalt 😉 Neven ist ein netter und total unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der viele hilfreiche Tipps (Winzereien, Restaurants, Badeplätze) geben konnte. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Casa ampia e ben curata, con uno splendido spazio esterno. Inoltre gli host si sono dimostrati sempre molto disponibili nei nostri confronti.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und das Haus waren sauber. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Alle beschriebenen elektronischen Geräte waren da und funktionierten. Haben nix vermisst, das ist selten. Als letztes Haus in der Sackgasse war es eigentlich ganz ruhig, es schallt aber von den Nachbarn und der Baustelle etwas zurück. Im September wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Wir würden wieder kommen, da auch die Kommunikation mit Tomislav sehr gut war.

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Siamo stati davvero bene. Il posto è ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dalle città nelezzo della campagna, l'appartamento dove stavamo era estremamente spazioso e funzionale e non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema. i proprietari sono persone molto gradevoli che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro completo agio venendoci anche incontro di alcune cose. piscina ambiente strepitoso tenuta molto pulita e ordinata. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo posto.

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

David ed Elda ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Appartamento comodo al mare ed alla città di Parenzo che sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dei proprietari e la qualità dell'appartamento, davvero impeccabile.

Wir hatten zu 6. mit zwei Hunden eine entspannte Woche, obwohl das Wetter leider teilweise nicht so toll war. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, der schöne Olivengarten mit Pool war rundum mit Zaun/Mauer abgeschlossen und die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für Ausflüge oder in wenigen Minuten ans Meer zu fahren. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus/Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Gefrierschrank ist groß genug für BARFer ;-). Matea und ihre Mama sind total nett und schnell erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir und die Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke!

The accommodation was great, clean and well located. Host was very nice and allowed us to check in earlier. I have nothing to complain about and i can recommend.

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

Ubytování vypadalo dobře, nebyl s ničím problém. S paní Dragana se dalo domluvit a byla moc milá, jsme spokojeni 😊.

What a wonderful stay we had here. The woman was incredibly sweet, the house was very clean. Super nice stay!
