Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Francesca. Elle a été très réactive. L’appartement était parfait pour deux amies avec une belle vue sur un jardin. Il y avait de quoi faire les repas avec un peu de sel, poivre, du thé, du produit vaisselle, ce qui était très pratique. Un grand merci nous reviendrons !

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Szuper elhelyezkedés,nagyon jó és szép tengerpart. A város adottságaiból adódóan a parkolás sajnos kényelmetlen/drága! Ezzel kalkulálni kell!!!

Gorans Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und war exakt so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Zwar liegt die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Porec, mit dem Auto waren Strand und Altstadt aber in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und eignet sich daher perfekt für Familien. Goran war während der gesamten Zeit stets für uns erreichbar und gab uns einige gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Прекрасное жилье и хозяин! Мы абсолютно не знали языка,однако внимательный и дружелюбный хозяин все точно выполнил, заселение прошло отлично. Тихое место, магазин, все необходимое на кухне, хорошая транспортная доступность. Даже в случае дождливой погоды, в доме есть зонтики на всех. Рекомендуем! Спасибо за гостеприимство! Удачи в делах!

Eccellente sistemazione nel centro storico di Chioggia, punto silenzioso. Nel raggio di dieci minuti a piedi si ha a disposizione molto da visitare e ogni servizio necessario. Eccellente Host Jolena, disponibile nei consigli e gentile anche nel concederci di lasciare i nostri bagagli fino al pomeriggio della nostra partenza, dato che l’alloggio non doveva essere occupato da altri, consentendoci un ultimo tour in libertà.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Luogo incantevolmente tranquillo immerso nella campagna, mi sono davvero rilassato 🥰

Marco è molto attento e preciso nei particolari. la casa comoda e calda è completa di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. la posizione è comoda per visitare Chioggia e la zona nord del Delta del po.grazie di tutto, speriamo di poter tornare presto

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Le logement était identique aux photos et à la description de celui ci. L’appartement est propre, récent, beau, paisible, confortable tout en étant à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Le nécessaire y était présent. Mirko quand à lui est réactif et disponible! Nous le recommandons avec grand plaisir!

L’esperienza nel soggiorno di Paolo è stato a dir poco eccezionale, lui super cordiale e gentile. Appartamento molto bello, pulito, comodo, fronte mare nell’isola di Lido. Noi siamo state il periodo del Carnevale e forse sconsiglierei solo per il costo dei mezzi, 35€ due giorni compreso di tutti i mezzi per spostarsi risulta essere un po’ alto calcolando che noi essendo in 3 con 100€ in più circa potevamo prendere anche un appartamento a Venezia. Quindi sì ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, sicuramente d’estate lo straconsiglio per via della spiaggia totalmente difronte l’appartamento e con estrema facilità si arriva al centro di Venezia prendendo un Bus e dopo pochi minuti un Battello per arrivare in centro. Paolo ci ha consigliato mille ristoranti, soluzioni, è stata una guida per tutto il soggiorno. Cosa assolutamente non scontata è stata la gentilezza da parte sua di farci lasciare le valigie in appartamento anche se lo stesso giorno avevamo fatto il check out. GENTILEZZA INFINITA!

L’emplacement idéal dans le centre de Venise entre le Rialto et la place Saint-Marc. Appartement tout confort et impeccable accessible en ascenseur. C’est rare ici! Un lieu à recommander avec des hôtes charmantes! Merci!

I have nothing but good words for Monica and her appartment. From the beginning (prior to booking!) of me looking for a specific place, she was very helpful and quick to respond. Any questions I had before or during my trip were swiftly answered and I got lovely recommendations too. The appartment is super clean, and feels luxurious to me! I have already decided to come back and will be staying at Monica's again!

Zara and Carlo are the best hosts you could expect. Their thoughtfulness simply exceeded all our expectations. The room they provided was nothing short of marvelous - it was cozy, clean, and had all the little touches that made my stay feel like a dream. Every detail was taken care of with such meticulous attention, all responses were in time. Thank you Zara and Carlo, for your wonderful service and for creating such a delightful space.
