È stato un piacere soggiornare nel campeggio, il bungalow è grazioso ed è immerso in un angolo di verde tranquillo e confortevole, la gentilezza e la cordialità offerta da Simone ha fatto la differenza. Se cercate un posto tranquillo, questo è l’ambiente giusto. Inoltre la struttura è a pochi passi dalla fermata da cui si può raggiungere comodamente l’imbarco per Venezia.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Чудовий будинок та привітні господарі готові допомогти і пояснити в разі потреби . Помешкання цілком відповідає зображеному на фото , 2 спальні , простора вітальня ,кухня , ванна з усім необхідним. Спокійний ,тихий район з добрим сполученням з історичним центром Венеції. Ми гарно провели тут час та насолодилися карнавалом у Венеції.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Tamara e suo marito Robert sono stati molto disponibili e flessibili sia per il check in che per il check out. È stato un piacere conoscerli e chiacchierare con loro. L' appartamento era accogliente e pulito, munito di tutti gli utensili e piccoli elettrodomestici! Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Bello e grande anche il giardino per fare giocare i bambini all' aperto in una zona tranquilla e vicino alla nostra meta, i campi da calcio!!

There were two things that stood out to us (a group of 5). One is the location, 5 min walk to the station and 5 min train and you are in Venice. Another thing, and for us was the most positively surprising, is how Serena dealt with us. She is a very sweet lady who went out of her way to give us a million recommendations. She also left some crackers, candies and water for us, which was so thoughtful. What a great host! The place was cozy and overall it was a good deal. Having the parking available for our car was a plus.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage war für uns Gold wert. Der Balkon ist meiner Meinung nach etwas größer als auf den Bildern und hat einen schönen Ausblick ins grüne. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch verschiedene Strände/Badstellen sind in ca 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. An der Wohnung kann man nicht parken. Wir haben in der Nähe der Wohnung gehalten um unser Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen und haben dann bei einem Bekannten der Vermieter parken können. Das geht aber nicht immer, deshalb empfehle ich sich im Vorraus über die Parkmöglichkeiten in Piran zu erkundigen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Piran.

Feancesco and Nicola were really helpful, the communication went smoothly. They have asked every day if I need anything that makes my stay better. I got clear instructions on how to reach the property. We could reach every famous places by foot from the property. I can recommend Francesco and Nicola’s property!

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this place! I would 100 percent stay here again. It was so close to everything. Everything was so clean and there was grocery stores close by if we needed anything. If you want a place in the center of everything, this is it!

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Der Pool, die Wohnung, alles ist sehr sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Eltern von Nevenka waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wenn wir nochmal nach Istrien kommen, dann super gerne zu euch !

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Lovely place overlooking the Grand Canal. Very centrally located so we walked to all parts of Venice. Laura was very responsive and friendly. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The frescoes on the walls added to the Venice experience. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Wonderful place to stay in a great location. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station without having to cross any bridges with your luggage. You can also easily get to the ferry stop that takes you to and from the airport (only one bridge to cross). We were able to check in early and Marisa was very kind and also showed us around the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and having the patio outside was great. The mattresses were firm but comfortable and there's a great grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again!

La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Mario è stato gentilissimo con noi ed è stato un vero piacere alloggiare da lui.

Elena war eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Das Apartment war für uns perfekt. Es war sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden und die Lage war zentral. Fantastisch war die große Terrasse, diese ist mit verschiedenen Terrassenmöbeln großzügig ausgestattet. Grandios ist die Aussicht auf den Strand, das Meer und Teile der Stadt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
