Great studio in a fab location, a quick walk into town or to vibrant North Street in Southville. Had everything we needed for a few days' stay.

We stayed at the villa for 4 days to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday and it was just as perfect as in the photos. They house is extremely clean and well-stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Alasdair was very proactive, providing clear instructions and recommendations that were very helpful. You could tell that the house is laid out in a very thoughtful manner to make it as convenient as possible for the guests. One of the best airbnb stays we've had that exceeded our expectations in every way!!

Lovely house - was perfect for a medium-sized group (8 adults and a few under-5s). The views over the balconies are lovely and crucially the balconies are west / southwest facing, meaning we got lots of sunshine unlike the properties on the other side of the lake. It was end of Feb 2025 and we were happily walking around in t-shirts and making full use of the hot tub! Overall it's a lovely house with great sized bedroom, nice bathrooms with showers etc. We had a private chef cater dinner one evening and he had plenty of space (and we had more than enough space at the table for the adults). Jan kindly left us a bottle of wine too which we put to good use. Around the lake there are walks you can do, a spa (access to which is included as part of the stay) which worked great with the kids (who loved the main swimming pool), a playground, tennis courts etc. Overall would highly recommend.

Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

We didn’t actually stay in the house we booked due to a fault with the heating. But the communication from the hosts was excellent and they sorted us an alternative very quickly and we couldn’t fault anything. Had the perfect weekend for a family celebration.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

Property was excellent and just what we needed. Excellent standard, great location and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Communication was excellent and the early check in was a real bonus and allowed us to make the most of our weekend. Was nice to meet Jamie at the property who helped us with any questions . would thoroughly recommend this property.

This is second time we’ve stayed on Lower Mill Estate as it has great onsite facilities, so nice not to go too far with the little ones. We did the Cotswold Wildlife Park, it is a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Also Emerald Thai in Cirencester was delicious. The house itself had everything as described on the listing, lovely views over the lake and was enough space downstairs for 10 adults and 4 little ones. Two of the double rooms are on smaller side so wouldn’t recommend if you need space for a few travel cots. On the first morning a few of us had cold showers as hot water wasn’t on, but we figured it out waited half an hour and all was ok. We reported this along with one of double bed had broken slats which wasn’t ideal, but appreciate nothing could be done at the time. The contact was very apologetic about this and it didn’t hinder our stay. Thank you

A very comfortable clean spacious place to stay with full range of facilities and wonderful hot tub. A great scenic outlook over the lake and easy walking access to the spa close by.

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at the manor for a belated celebration of my birthday. We were immediately drawn to the various activities on offer and the location as it’s close to Bredon Hill. We were warmly welcomed by the family and shown to our beautifully decorated room, which overlooked the lake. As a lovely touch, we we’re even treated to some hand baked biscuits. All in all, our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely book again in the future

Such a fabulous place to stay, it’s a little like visiting a National Trust property and actually staying there. The rooms are delightful and the grounds are stunning. Very private. We stayed in the main house. There were other guests in some of the other cottages, but the amenities (tennis, pool and table tennis) are such that you can bump into people if you want or have total privacy. They do have other activities that are pay to play, such as hot tub, sauna and fire pit, and the walk up to the tower is glorious. This place would be incredible to have your wedding there. We would definitely recommend.
