Die Souterrainwohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber,modern,und sehr gut ausgestattet. Günstiger Parkplatz ist vor der Haus und Bushaltstelle für Florenz-Altstadt auch. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Rose and Pier’s picture-perfect villa is a stunning and convenient winter location. We thoroughly enjoyed the charming home and stunning surrounds which was easy to find from Florence and a convenient base for day trips to Chianti and broader Tuscan and Umbrian destinations. We had a couple of issues with the house (outside of the owner’s control) but even though they were travelling abroad themselves, they were responsive and had them rectified promptly. Thank you for our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We had such a wonderful stay at Tom & Colleen’s place. Their renovation of an historic property is fantastic—lovely rooms with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry, and also having olive oil and basic spices in the cabinet too! Tom and Colleen also have so much helpful information about the local area—history, day tours, restaurant recommendations, everything. I do recommend having a rental car, but the company they recommended was very affordable and we had a great experience. Truly cannot recommend them enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you Barbara!

Lorenzo and Alma were absolutely wonderful. Despite the delays in our arrival, they supported us throughout the entire process. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. The stairs might be a challenge for some, but they weren’t an issue for us. I would definitely love to come back!

Had a lovely stay at Monica's. Super helpful and accommodating. Close enough to go to Florence for a day trip. Monica gave us a good suggestion of where to park and then take a train in to the city. Would definitely stay again. We did have a rental car, would be more of a challenge on foot/transit.
