Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

The place was clean and nice. Just that one of the room’s doorknob is loose. Also cannot close the main door. ATE (caretaker) was very helpful. Owner also very responsive which is very helpful. Thank you

I can say na ang perfect ng place ni Ma'am Lani during our stay. Malawak, malinis, at ang aliwalas. Kumpleto na din yung mga gamit lalo na sa kitchen. Malapit sa airport, malapit sa mga restaurant and malls. Sobrang responsive at mabait si Ma'am Lani. Ang tahimik lang din nung village nila. Kami lang ata maingay dun. Hehe. Over all sobrang saya at sulit ng stay namin. Thank you Ma'am Lani.

Great place and very accommodating host. The place is easy to locate using Waze or Google maps. Parking is a bit challenging since we used a family van. Our driver managed to fit the van in the parking space. The host also recommend alternative parking spot which is great option. The place is clean and comes with complete amenities. I totally recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is a bit tucked away, but its proximity to SM Legazpi Mall made up for it. Rey was incredibly responsive, and overall, it was a great experience. We'd definitely stay here again!

Jamie’s home is very nice, we really felt the warm welcome of her parents. Perfect home away from home especially if you belong to a big family. They also accomodated our guests relatives as well and we really had a good time staying in their beautiful home. We will be back here for sure. Thank you again to Jaime and to her parents for having us.

The place is easy to find. It is quiet. The bedrooms are spacious,as well as the dining area. There's a lot of towel provided. Plus factor is the scenic view of Mt. Mayon—you can marvel at its beauty even while washing the dishes. The caretaker is very accommodating, and Ms. Wong responds promptly to my queries. This place is highly recommended to others.

Great place, very tidy, looked exactly like what it showed in the photos. I recommend this place to anyone who’s planning to stay in Goa. Would definitely book again in the future!

It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Kristine's place is right at the center of everything you need. I didn't have a problem going around Naga at all! Also felt right at home and Kristine is very accomplished with my requests and questions. Would definitely book here again next time I go to Naga.

I like how easy to find the unit was. It’s in the heart of the city, and numerous establishments are just a short walk away. Even so, the room was quiet and conducive for resting. Getting in was fuss-free. The room itself was also spacious enough and tidy. Great points: -They provide rubber house slippers -There’s a jug of potable water -A cabinet with a few hangers -Fridge and basic kitchen utensils Good to note: -No soap and shampoo, but tissue rolls and body wash are available -Only a single pillow provided The owner was also nice. Only got the chance to talk to her before leaving.

Super nice nung place we do love the interior and meron na rin na wifi. If you want na private and quiet place I definitely recommend this place.

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

A nice unit near the city centre. Encountered some problem with missing towels but was solved quickly as soon as we messaged them. The entire building has a smell I don’t like, but it is not too bad. The overall experience was great. Thank you :)

Our stay was absolutely worth it! The design and placement of the appliances were so well thought out. We made the most of everything laundry, blower, Netflix, cooking, and the kitchen area everything was perfect!

The place is extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is great. It’s in a residential area near a school, so you may hear dogs barking in the morning and the national anthem at 7 AM, but it’s not disruptive. The apartment offers great value for money, with more beds than expected and mostly brand-new amenities. The host is very thoughtful, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Do note that it’s a two-story apartment, so stairs might be a consideration for some. It’s a comfortable and well-equipped stay, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Ms. Sonia was very responsive and accommodating. She even let us stay past check out time since it’s been rainy during our stay and we needed more time to get back from where we were. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.
