We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I truly do love this property. The house layout is very open, the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the house is set further back from the road so no traffic noise. The yard is perfect for your pups, plenty of room for them to run in the fenced yard and a nice little deck for you to relax and watch them play. We will definitely be back this summer!

Was an outstanding mini vacation at Jon’s , hot tub was amazing, shower was awesome ! Very very cozy and nice little surprise in the fridge as well ! Over all very outstanding experience!

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the couch was great too!! It was so nice to have a fenced in backyard for our dog! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area! It’s close to downtown Portsmouth, which is so cute! Chris was super communicative and helpful!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Susan’s home was perfect for our long weekend in Portland. We could easily walk everywhere and lots of great shops, restaurants and bars very close. Her home was very comfortable and a nice large space for us to all enjoy!! Also her home was located in a great neighborhood!! We would definitely come back again!!

What a lovely, lovely place! Tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. The upstairs bedroom is spacious and filled with light and offers a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening and the arrival of an assortment of songbirds in the morning. The bed is so comfortable and the space so quiet that I had the best night of sleep in some time. A network of walking trails are close by and Portland is easily accessible, so much so that we popped in each of the three days we were in the area. The hosts, David and Kate, are warm, welcoming and responsive while somehow managing to be simultaneously “invisible”. A gem, for sure.

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

This gem of an apartment gave us so much peace and joy on our quick getaway to Portland. The interior reminds me of beautiful homes in Denmark and Norway - humble, functional, cozy, and lovingly designed. Both bedrooms and the washroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved watching the sunset over the amazing view in the living room, and the cute park/sunset spot just a quick walk away (perfect for bringing our puppy). Sadie was a gracious host and made us feel so at home. Would definitely visit again!

Heidi's place is super comfortable and artsy. She's very on top of things and communicates readily. The neighborhood is very walkable with several key features nearby like a mini-mart, a bakery, a coffee shop, and a wonderful walking path and hill top lookout.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

Beautiful spot, close to the center of town but felt private. Hosts responded asap and were very helpful with questions and concerns. Would absolutely come back in winter and other seasons. Thank you!!!

What a great spot close to any major point of interest in the White Mountains. Minutes from downtown N. Conway, shopping, ski areas and hiking. Alyssa is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend, but not on the weeks we want to rent! 😂

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

This was a perfect spot to stay for a couple of nights after skiing in Vermont so we could check out Portland and Boston. The views were amazing right by the bridge and the unit was very spacious and clean.

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
