Hi, We had a great time at storybook cottage. Everything was excellent. Only have one comment. We would have like to use the spa. We attempted twice to turn it on and get it warm up. But we’re unsuccessful. The first day, we turned it on too late. Didn’t realize it takes hours to warm up. Second night we turn it on early in the day allowing it to warm up for about 5 hours. When we realize it turned off and water was still the same temperature. I think you should check the spa. We were looking forward to using it. Not our luck! Best, Janessa S.

Loved it! A little older building, but very spacious, close to the main street but far enough outside of the downtown, really cute place. Will stay again, and recommend!

Our stay in Big Bear at Jon's cottage was nothing short of perfect for a work/play trip. The house is super comfortable and highly functional. We deeply appreciated all the amenities such as the bikes, ping pong, hot tub, snacks, coffee, full spice rack, ice in the freezer, great Wifi, and central heating. The location is great being close to the ski areas and the three grocery stores in town. Our dog loved spending time on the deck looking for squirrels and chipmunks. We look forward to returning for another family trip someday.

This air bnb was perfect for our family getaway to start off the Christmas season. It even had a decorated tree we could stick presents under: the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, there was plenty of things for the kids to play with, we were able to check-in early and we felt right at home. 10/10 would book again!

Great stay! Leanne’s was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at this place. It really felt like home, rooms were sized pretty well and the kids rooms had toys which our toddlers loved. We just wished the clothes dryer was working. Besides that it’s in a great location and great for the price. Thanks!

House was a great location only a few minutes to downtown. The heater was little tricky with the dual thermostats, but we figured it out. House was clean and the bedrooms and furniture were really nice.

The view was perfect and the home was great for a romantic getaway!

Super cute stay for my family and I! It was only about 5 minutes from stores which I liked because there was always something we needed. We also received plenty of good recommendations from our host which we did try some! I absolutely loved all of the breakfast spots nearby! Our host was very responsive! I messaged them about a water/shower issue and they had a maintenance worker at our door within about 15-20min, on a Saturday! The kids fully enjoyed the play room. We would come home from our snow play shower, and lounge and play pool the rest of the night. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

J C were gracious host. They would keep checking in if we needed anything. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in lake arrowhead.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home. Our family absolutely loves it! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The home is well-stocked and stylish. The location is beautiful and convenient. We’ve made a lot of good memories here and will be back in the future.

We evacuated from the Eaton Fire with our two pets and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and cozy house. Nicole and Brett were accommodating, flexible and were quick to respond whenever we had questions. We are so comfortable here, we extended our stay. We appreciated the fire place and gas stove, especially when there was a power outage due to strong winds. Nicole was very helpful, telling us know where to warm up and charge our devices during the outage. It gets really cold without heat in Lake Arrowhead! Thank you, Nicole and Brett for allowing us to heal in your cozy home.

Peaceful weekend getaway. Home was as listed and appreciated all the amenities. Only feedback is the loose step on the long staircase was scary. Slipped a few times and believe it’s a simple fix. Overall lovely quiet weekend. Thank you.

Cute little cottage fora quick trip.

Carlos's place was simple and enjoyable. It was 15 minutes from the ski resort and walking distance from a bar and a general store. The living room was what stood out for us, playing poker and watching movies on comfy couches while making drinks at the bar. Overall worth the money, it was clean and easy to find, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Perfect for a great weekend in Big Bear!

Great place to stay. Only 5 minutes away from lake arrowhead village. Last minute reservation but they were able to offer an early check in and also a late check out. Great communication answered any questions I had. I Would definitely stay here again!!

David was a great Host. Went above and beyond My Expectations. Great person, Excellent Communication and the place was beyond what I expected. Overall Such a Great Experience!
