We had a great snow weekend at our Big Bear getaway thanks to this lovely property. Check in was easy. Well stocked with essentials, lots of space, plenty of rooms for multiple families, the house also included games & pool table. The kids’ room had the best view of the lake, I was a little jealous😂. The host was very attentive when a moisture detector alarm went off, but there was nothing out of the ordinary that we observed. They sent a maintenance person over to check it out & resolve it in a matter of minutes. No issues whatsoever. Several feet of fresh snow had fallen so we had snow play in the backyard while ducks swam by. Did some sledding at a nearby lot we spied from across the lake. A dip in the jacuzzi at sunset amidst the snow and lake was a perfect and relaxing way to close out the fun. In the summer we’re thinking of returning so we can rent a boat and have our own private lake access! Can’t say enough great things!

Cabin was great, it was perfect for our family and friends. Lots of spaces for kids to run around. The view is spectacular. It was great to sit in the spa and look at the lake. Also, Kelli was a was one host and super friendly. She made sure we had a great stay. Will definitely book this home again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderfully magical weekend at this charming lakeside house. During our stay, Big Bear received nearly 2 feet of snow in just two days, and we were completely comfortable enjoying the winter weather from the warmth of the house. Wissam was incredibly responsive and flexible from our initial inquiry before booking all the way through to after we checked out. The house is perfectly located along the lake, with a private dock and stunning views of the water from the kitchen windows. Every guest need has been thoughtfully considered and addressed. The bedrooms are large but cozy, the dining table is perfect for group dinners, and the bathrooms are stocked with all kinds of travel-sized toiletries in case you forget anything. The kitchen is spacious and inviting, ideal for cooking and baking, with all the utensils you need. The vintage Pac-Man game provided hours of competitive fun, and the oversized bean bag chair in the living room was surprisingly comfortable!

We had a great experience staying at Bryan's house. It was comfortable, spacious, and everything was in perfect condition. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Communication was good, always quick to respond. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

This was the perfect place for us to bring our two young daughters and dog to experience their first snowfall. We enjoyed playing in the backyard, cooking in the kitchen, and walking around the beautiful neighborhood. The house was extremely family friendly! In addition, Lexy was proactive in helping us navigate the weather and road closures to ensure we made it to Big Bear and had a relaxing stay! Thank you for helping make this such a memorable family weekend!

Zabi was a great host, that gave me information before I even asked! very comprehensive. the place was great! had extra stuff like the stuff for smores that the kids loved. clean and cozy home!

We had an amazing time staying at the Tree Top Lodge Cabin!!! On our way up to big bear we had an unfortunate issue with a different host canceling our reservation. we found the Tree Top Lodge and booked the cabin pretty late on a Sunday night. I didn't receive an email and contacted big bear lakefront cabins. Special Thanks to Judy for taking care of our reservation and helping us complete the process. Amazing customer service! We arrived at the cabin well after midnight and walked in to a cozy and very clean home. We didn't have any issues. As another person mentioned, the living room doesn't have curtains and Hopefully those get added as we'd love to go back. Definitely not a deal breaker. Thank you for having us! can't wait to be back.

This home was a bit smaller than I thought it would be if I’m honest but it was so warm and welcoming! The only thing I wish the shower was a tad bigger. The host was very attentive and nice in her messages. She made it easy to get in and out of the home. Loved that there were so many blankets. The home itself was very clean and organized! It was also lovely to have various kitchen amenities and utensils as well. The beds were also super comfy. The neighborhood was relaxing and peaceful!

We had the best trip the house was amazing. Clean and comfortable the down stairs was a great space for teenage boys the only came upstairs to eat. Will definitely stay here again

Rented this cabin out for my 30th to spend the weekend with my family, the place was big enough to fit my family of 11 and everyone was accommodated well. Everyone got to have their own space to sleep as there is extra sleeping room in the loft. The place was clean, and well organized. Everything stated in the viewing was provided. There was enough room in the common areas for everyone to be comfortable and to enjoy dinner together. Overall it was a great place. I would book again in the future. The only thing was how hidden the kids room is. The door seems like a storage room of some sort next to the laundry room, but eventually we found it and the kids were enjoying it to the max.

Host was friendly house was so clean a lot bigger than I expected beautiful scenery 10/10 recommend me and my guest were so comfortable feels like home very cozy will definitely book again

Our family's stay in Big Bear was wonderful. It truly felt as though we were staying at a friend's well stocked and appointed cabin; not an AirB&B. It had everything that we needed to host our larger group comfortably (11 people ; 7 adults + 4 children). The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items (pots/pans/griddle/ect) so that we could cook comfortably at home, the floor plan was ideal with the three levels and 3 ensuite bathrooms in addition to the other two bedrooms, and the game room was a big hit with both the kids AND the adults. Access to the slopes (Snow Summit) was a quick car ride away as well as restaurants/shops/ect. We even walked to the community park/playground (designed for ages 5-12) to fill an afternoon when we took a break from skiing/boarding. We have stayed in many different AirB&B's over the years but would choose this AirB&B again, with intention, when we come back. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We had an awesome stay at Thai’s place! The manager was super cool and very helpful and we would totally stay here again. Super close to the slopes and really comfy living spaces made for a fun stay! Thanks Thai!

The stay at Aerials listing was everything I expected. We were a good size group that stayed here for my birthday weekend to snowboard and catch up with friends. First thing you notice is it’s impeccably clean and really spacious. I don’t know how many time we all got lost in that cabin. They have a pool table foosball table, air hockey table, chess board, poker table, piano. We stayed there for two nights and we used every single one of these amenities. They have two Balconies with great views to drink coffee or hot chocolate, and look at the stars. I had a few questions for Ariel and she responded in the matter of minutes. If I do have another gathering I would definitely be looking at Ariel’s property availability as my first choice. Highly recommend it.

Everything about this place was perfect. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with all needs. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The yard is huge and private dock is a plus. Very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend. We visit big bear often and would book again.

We loved our stay at the lake house! The host was easy to communicate with and had stocked the house with everything we might need. It was the most well stocked airbnb I’ve ever been in. Our kids enjoyed the giant Jenga and cornhole set. It was a beautiful location in Metcalf Bay, right across from a Marina so we had fun watching the boats come and go, and renting a boat easily ourselves! We enjoyed swimming off the dock. There are reeds but it still felt good to get in. We also brought an inner tube to float in and a SUP which were great for this location. The patio and yard were where we spent most of our time - it has so much seating and the view is spectacular!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely lakeside cabin in Big Bear! The cabin was exactly as pictured—cozy, clean, and perfectly situated with beautiful lake views. We visited in the winter and loved the peaceful atmosphere, but we can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. The space was well-equipped, making it a comfortable retreat for our family. We can’t wait to come back and experience it during the warmer months! Highly recommend!

Great Cabin. Plenty of room and beds. And very close to arrowhead Village. We really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed and so did the bedrooms and restrooms. I loved the board games that were available for the children and the consoles as well. The one thing I will note…. as it says in the description for the rental - the driveway is steep. I used my four-wheel-drive to ensure I didn’t have any issues getting up. Just FYI not a complaint. I also want to share that there were concerns about the bottom bedroom being cold in the reviews. When we arrived, there was a heater provided for the downstairs bedroom. As long as we kept the door to the bedroom closed. The heater did a great job of making sure we were warm at night during the winter. No problems here.

The view and location was great. Ten minute drive to Big Bear Resort and local grocery store. Cool Cabins responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
