Fantastic spot in a fun, active community! The Pedal and Perch was exactly what we wanted: private, romantic, close to great restaurants and easy to find. The added touches of the fireplace and Chemex for coffee were excellent. Thank you for a perfect weekend, we will return!

Cozy cabin vibes with a nice, relaxing hot tub! We got to see some snow fall during our stay, which really topped off the experience. Loved our getaway here and would be happy to come back someday!

After booking, she immediately let us know there were problems with the hot tub and it was not going to be available during our stay. She offered us a full refund and quickly processed it so we could book another property. She was kind and helpful through the process and I’d definitely recommend her.

Omg 😱 this place was EVERTHING!!!! We hosted my cousins 50th birthday 🥳 celebration 🎉 and this place was the greatest at accommodation of a small get together. The suites we gorgeous and made me feel like I was walking into my house instead of a suite. The resort grounds were super beautiful with plenty sitting areas. The pool was amazing and so gorgeous because it lit up at night right under the stars ✨. We will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful hidden gem 💎

The cabin was just what we needed. Check-in was easy. I loved the hot tub and the theatre room really set the bar high. The location is perfect if you’re looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. We plan on staying again! I almost forgot to add that it had snowed heavily and he came and shoveled the front and back porch without us even asking. He made sure to let us know if we needed anything to feel free to contact him. He is definitely a host that cares about his guests, their experience, and safety. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and it has definitely set the bar high.

Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

My mom and kids felt right at home and our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The location was peaceful and relaxing and we really enjoyed the night sky looking at stars and planets. The kids loved exploring the nearby Dam and watching all the jeeps and UTV's rock crawl. Definitely adding this to one of our regular Airbnb favorites to return to.

What a beautiful little slice of heaven! Absolutely stunning views and the cutest cabin ever! Carrie was quick to respond and extremely helpful, she was more than willing to fix a small problem that we had. I would definitely stay here again, truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin has every necessity needed for an enjoyable stay, they thought of everything! What an incredible cabin, can’t wait to come back in the summer!!

Such a cozy spot. We were very comfortable in Kayla’s space. It was immaculately kept!! We were able to hop on our bikes and hit the trails within seconds- which is huge for us. 5 mins from the lowkey hustle and bustle of BV and conveniences needed throughout our stay. Our dogs were thankful and so were we for the outside space. Lovely stay…

It was a lovely overnight trip out of the city. The snowfall felt like a paid actor in the romantic dromcom Valentine special. The cabin is perfect. The bed and pillows are comfy and the cabin was warm and cozy.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the cabin is and how incredibly wonderful Linda is. She truly goes above and beyond for us as her guests. We’ve never stayed in an AirBnb with more needs provided. From every toiletry you could need, laundry supplies, kitchen is fully stocked with household items AND spices, baking and cooking needs. The cabin is absolutely so comfortable, you won’t want to leave. We were sad to go.

This Airbnb was a dream! It was a true log cabin experience. Loved every bit of the stay, the house, the surroundings. It was so peaceful and just what we needed to unwind and relax.

It was just what I needed! It was clean and beautiful - a great, little getaway. Great porch to sit on, watch the sunrise over the lake through the trees, nice amenities, plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, etc. What made it even better though, was the level of thoroughness and communication from Jill. Would stay again! Nice, short walk to the shoreline. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely bring tick repellent though, but do not let that stop you! You're in nature and it is totally worth it.

Very special place - beautiful, upscale, rustic cabin with very nice decor and amenities on a spectacular cattle ranch. Peaceful. Gorgeous sunsets, sunrises, moonrises, night sky full of stars, and views for miles. Halfway between Bartlesville and Pawhuska. Much to do there. Don't miss the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve scenic drive and hikes and seeing the bison roaming on the prairie as it once was. Other highlights of the area - Woolaroc, Price Tower in Bartlesville, the Mercantile and P'town Pizza and shopping (Osage Outfitters and Buckin' Flamingo) in Pawhuska. And museums and more. We stayed 4 nights, and it wasn't enough. The cabin had everything we needed, including a nice kitchen and nice bathroom.

Everything was fantastic. Ivy was helpful with any questions we had and the house and land itself are incredible. My family had a great weekend and are planning to come back sometime!

We booked this with friends as a nearby place to stay for my husband’s funeral and I was so worried about making sure a place was close enough with enough space, I didn’t realize how awesome it was until we arrived. Everyone loved it. For some reason my message with check in instructions wouldn’t load for me and the host was very quick to help the first person to arrive in getting inside. We all loved the space and had a great healing evening grilling and sitting around the fire pit. Thank you!
