We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we needed to stay and visit family nearby. Lots of games available, clean space, clear instructions.

Jennifer’s place was a perfect stay for our family of seven. We had a kid with us and one of the rooms upstairs is connected to another room that has a futon. There isn’t a door that separates the two rooms but we were fine with that. It was sunny and nice to be able to sit on the back patio. We rented a golf cart and took that around town (designated areas). The town is very walkable and in the summer months, with everything open, I can imagine it being lively. We took a walk along the Ohio River (which we walked to) and that was nice. Kitchen also had what we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again.

We are so glad we found this house for our visit with relatives. There was ample room and amenities for us, and we were close enough for family to visit or meet us at local restaurants. We also had what we needed to cook for ourselves and eat in. We enjoyed playing cards in the dining room, sharing stories in the living room, watching football in one room while others reconnected in the other. The thoughtful touches the hosts provided were much appreciated.

Great amenities and responsive hosts! Would recommend to all looking for a comfortable place to stay in Shelbyville. If I could rate greater than 5/5 stars, I would.

Incredible stay! We rented the house out for the girls to get ready for our wedding. It was the perfect space with tons of natural lighting and lots of open space! After the wedding we sat outside overlooking the city chatting about the amazing day we had. This was one of our favorite parts of the night. The house was very clean and accurately described. John was great to work with! Overall an incredible place and we hope to be back annually for our honeymoon.

Catawba Farms was an excellent choice for my family. My husband and I brought our grandchildren and neither were ever board. My grandson is a train lover and could not get outside fast enough when he heard the train coming. The animals, the freedom to roam, the big tree with the swing in the backyard, and the peace is just a tidbit of the goodness we found at the farm! Faith is super kind and very responsive. We spent two days, back and forth, to the creation museum, The Ark Encounter and driving into Cincinnati, all of which were within an hours drive. Thank you, Faith, for sharing your home and treating us like family!

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay visiting the ark and creation museum. Enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle it was so peaceful and quiet. We visited a local church for service on Sunday and were welcomed with open arms. My daughter loved our morning visits from the cat, it made her day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us it was a very much needed vacation for our family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while I was showing at WEC. Really cute place. Very clean. Was perfect for us. Unfortunately the smaller bedroom does not have a door. Which wasnt an issue for us. But could be for others. We would definitely stay there again!
