This was our second stay. Once we discovered Under the Coral Tree last year, after stays at numerous other places in Cambria, my wife and I resolved that we will never want or need to stay someplace else. It's a perfect fit for us, and we especially like just sitting on the small deck (glass of wine in hand!) to enjoy the commanding view and savor the quiet privacy.

Amy's place was wonderful - one of the few places we've ever stayed that was even better in person than in pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The outdoor space was amazing, plenty of quiet spaces to lounge in the sun and walk around. The area was great as well, quiet but close to downtown, and Amy was a thoughtful and responsive host, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The one thing to note is that the Wi-fi could be unreliable - we both worked from the Airbnb, and made it work for the week, but something to note for future visitors. We'd definitely recommend this place and plan to come back next time we visit. Thank you Amy!

Thank you for the great stay and flexibility. My only suggestion would be to have a Keurig (sp?) coffee machine. It is easier than making a full pot of coffee for one or two people. But there may be others that prefer the type that is in the unit. The location was great and amazing hosts that were fun to talk to. Thanks!

Wonderful stay at the cottage! Fit four adults well. Great location- walk to shops and restaurants. Aimee made sure to greet us and that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

The Casita was very cozy and comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful and wonderful to see the stars at night away from city lights. The beds were wonderful---we slept so well!!

This guest house and the entire neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I went for a few walks to unwind. If you are into Mid Century Modern homes, then this is the place for you ! Lots of great well cared for architecture near by. The guesthouse was super clean and not cluttered. It looked just like the photos. Lots of windows, but also a very private space.

very nice stay! We attended a wedding on green gate road and it was incredibly convenient to be so close. very close to obispo and Pismo. it was very clean and well taken care of. we felt right at home. would gladly stay again if in the area!

The home exceeded our expectations. The area was private quiet and peaceful. The house was spotless and directions were beyond expectations. The decor made you feel right at home. We look forward to staying at this location again. If you are going to Atascadero, this is the only place to stay.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking – such a beautiful view that left me in awe every time I looked out. I loved that fresh coffee was available – as a coffee fanatic, it really made my mornings. The ginger and turmeric tea was a perfect match for my boyfriend, who’s a tea drinker, and he really appreciated it! The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary gym pass. Although the gym wasn’t on the property, it was still an amazing perk and one of the best gyms I’ve had access to during a stay. Overall, everything was just as I expected, if not more. I will absolutely be coming back to stay again. 10 stars, hands down! Highly recommend!

Nice tiny home on beautiful property! Host are very attentive and friendly!

The place was absolutely magical. We loved just sitting put on the deck looking into the almond blossom trees and watching the birds. This place is close to some great wineries and the downtown area. The inside space is like a work of art with everything beautifully curated. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Joyce’s place. It’s very roomy, private, and quiet. It’s a beautiful space in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and a nice park just a few blocks away.

This place is perfect. The view is awesome. The deck is relaxing and it is very peaceful. Everything was great. The sheets are so soft and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!

Such a lovely place! Wonderful host and a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood in a great location near many activities. The eggs were such a nice touch and we loved the chickens! Everything was very clean, and we were provided nearly everything you could need! Truly a sanctuary, couldn’t recommend more!

Super cute, in a cute neighborhood. Nice little walk to downtown eateries, some only a couple blocks away.

Silvia clearly enjoys spoiling her guests! The Studio is furnished with everything you need and more including a yoga mat, Echo Show for music options, coffee for the week, snacks and lots of other thoughtful items like bathrobes and slippers. The sleeper sofa and pillows are comfortable and it is quiet at night for easy sleeping. The shower is large with 2 spray heads and plenty of hot water. The WiFi works well and there is room for 2 at the workspace counter. Some of the appliances to be found in the kitchen - Kitchenaid Mixer, Vitamix Blender, rice cooker - totally outfitted with cooking/baking gear and utensils. The pretty view from the french doors and 2 sets of seating options on the patio enlarge the space, and luggage can slide under the sofa bed so it’s out of the way. Silvia responded promptly to any questions and was extremely accommodating to any requests that we had. Good shopping & dining is nearby. Great stay - looking forward to booking again!

Spent a wonderful week in Kathleen’s place. Perfect tidy smaller space with all the important things looked after. Coffee, olive oil, teas and cozy blankets helped with the rainy quiet days. Close to beach and walkable to both Boardwalk and Harbor. Hope to visit again this summer, will definitely check to see if Kathleen has availability.

Kathys place is a gem. Its very clean and beautifully designed. We loved relaxing/reading by the fireplace and making our meals in her lovely kitchen. All utensils and kitchen tools organized and ready. A remarkably quiet neighborhood w view of bay/estuary. The Marinas, Moro Bay Natural History museum and Heron rookery/ sanctuary are a 15 min easy walk but may take longer if you pause to enjoy neighborhood houses and gardens. We appreciated being close to Montana de Oro where we hiked daily. We hope to be back soon to Kathys Little House
