This little studio was such a nice and quiet little space with prime parking and a stunning beach view! I've stayed at quite a few Airbnb, and this one is by far the cleanest I've stood in; I'm quite the germaphobe, and I tend to be overly observant and analyze the space that I'm in to ensure that I feel comfortable and this studio exceeded my expectations to the point where I felt at ease with how clean and maintained it was that I genuinely felt at home, so if you're like me and value cleanliness then this is the place for you! One thing I will note is that if you tend to run on the hotter side, it does get pretty hot at night despite the windows being open, but overall, it's a great stay, and it truly is a hidden gem!

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

This was such a cute and wonderful space to stay in for a few days just steps away from the beach.. Also the amazing restaurants and local shops around were so close that we never used our car.. I’m so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to stay in this lovely home.. I was sad to leave with how peaceful it was. When I come back to Capitola I will be checking to see if this place is available!

My family and I had such a great time at Anthony and Traci’s place! It was perfect for my wife and two kids. We had plenty of space and was even provided some extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach which was a short, but nice walk away. Anthony kept me informed the whole time, and I really didn’t need to ask any questions as he had provided me with more than enough. Looking forward to staying again! Highly recommend.

Fabulous location, everything within walking distance. Great restaurants. Aquarium. Rides. Desserts. People watching. The bungalou was cozy and I enjoyed my sleep in the most comfortable bed. I also loved the old bathtub, but wait, my favorite feature was the towel warmer. Yes, a towel warmer. And if you are not into bathes there is the option for a shower. Ann was always friendly and prompt to respond to any of my questions. I will be back in the future for another stay.

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Carmel-by-the-Sea was truly unforgettable! We celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday and my aunt’s 76th in such a special setting. The fresh-cut roses for the occasion were a lovely touch, and the property itself was stunning—immaculately clean, peaceful, and enhanced by the soothing sound of the running river. One of the most memorable moments was playing a beautiful song on the piano, adding to the magic of our celebration. A unique and gorgeous house with great views and easy access to the beach. This house had that perfect mix for a rental, very clean with owners things put away but still has everything you need - kitchen supplies, games, etc. The fireplace was lovely on cold, windy mornings. And the location is perfect. Short drive south to Monterey and north to Santa Cruz gave us lots of options for entertaining the kids!

Stefan was very communicative and helpful! His place is great for larger families or groups. Plenty of parking. The view and beach to tide pool steps outside the house were amazing! Kitchen was so nice to have 2 sinks and space for everyone to come together. It felt large enough for privacy and we had plenty of space. Heaters were nice to have. Would love to return!

We had a lovely stay at Windrush Inn - Harbor House! The location is perfect and the house is beautiful! It was well-appointed and spotless. It truly felt like a hotel, but better! Mike was very responsive during the booking process when I had questions. The check in process was clear. All in all, a perfect stay! 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back and stay at Windrush.

best sleep i’ve ever gotten at an airbnb, all the mattress were so soft and comfy! Their tv sound bar quality was exceptionally good too! the house is walking distance to the grocery store which was super convenient and they supplied a lot of fun games like cornhole, board games, cards etc. soaps and shampoos they had were all clean ingredients overall everyone enjoyed the place and it felt like home!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

Evan's place is absolutely phenomenal! This was our second time staying at the house and I would love to come back for the third time. The views are stunning and you are right on East Cliff Drive. Ton of people walking by everyday and enjoying the weather and beach. Super close to Capitola Village. We took advantage of the electric bikes in the garage. We had an issue with the hot tub but Evan was very responsive and addressed the issue. Great stay!

Amazing host and amazing Airbnb

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

Fantastic location with phenomenal views! The unit was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed for a great weekend away.

Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Terri and her crew were spot on in communications. polite and very helpful. The house we rented was in a fantastic location as to proximity to downtown. A wonderful view every morning and evening. It was incredibly well stocked as far as appliances, kitchen equipment and the pantry. It had all the towels and linens and bath needs you needed. The home had the regular wear and tear that any regularly used AirBnB has. The appliances were is great condition. There were a couple of lights that need some new bubs in a couple of the room but nothing major. The washers and dryers were nice to have, we didn't need because we were only there for a few nights but visitors with kids this would, be great. The location is in a relatively busy parking lot and street, but having your own parking space we never had any trouble. I would recommend this home to any one with or without kids.
