We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex. Also It is a good rental for visiting business professionals. We offer free WiFi and TV with Fire Stick, Hulu Live, Netflix and some local stations.

Located in trendy West Asheville, one block from the French Broad River. Walking distance to New Belgium, as well as, other local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. This space is the lower level of our home built in 2013. The space is 900 sqft. It has its own entrance and back patio as well as a separate hot water heater from the rest of the home. Each room has its own mini split unit for a/c and heat. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hot plate, and Instapot.
