The place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and cozy, we felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Theyre complete with kitchen, bathroom, and hygiene essentials - they even had a steamer for your clothes! There's also a projector in the bedroom which we loved. The place has all you need in a cozy, pristine, and beautiful unit :) The host was also very kind and helpful! She helped us a lot during our check in when we got a little lost finding the place (we're not the smartest navigators lol). We hope to visit again ❤️

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

we had a great stay..feels like home..may libreng coffe,condiments panluto,toothbrush at slippers,daming towels and linens..may extra bed pa..kumpleto lahat at malapit sa lahat..ang babait ng mga guard and staff ng trevi..super responsive ng host.kaya napa extend pa kami ng isa pang araw..salamat..

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

place was clean and my fam had a good night sleep. very close to Grand venice mall, walking distance for 5-10 mins. Host was also responsive with all ky questions and inquiries… water flow was also strong and malamig aircon

This a simple one room small studio that, unlike many other Airbnb places in the Philippines, has a very cold AC unit, strong WiFi, and no bathrooms odors . building is very easy to find , decent place , good value.

I'll say this again this is my second stay if you're a foreign guest who wants to experience the Philippines the real way stay here this is what real Manila is not like the little bubble of America/western civilization in BGC there's also a very cheap too eatery on the right side don't be afraid just try it and cheap laundry services close by too and ineng is a great keeper so be easy on her please.

Our hosts are lovely - very responsive if we need help. Place is really clean and amenities provided at the place are reliable- like entertainment and garbage collection. We decided to just explore around SM MOA, so this is the best place to stay. Highly recommended!

Loved the space and a very communicative host! Close to shopping and restaurants. This was perfect for the two of us and we loved the patio. Really, one of the best hosts we’ve ever rented from. If we’re in BGC again we would definitely stay here.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a very short stay yet equally amazing and fantastic , complimented by the warmth of the host and the care takers. Wished to have another night but failed to reserve it ahead. The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂

Seamless check-in process! I booked this place for a nearby fun run event, and we loved how conveniently walkable it is to the seaside, restaurants, and a convenience store. The space is clean, stylish, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Nice place, with complete amenities, closer to mall, convenience store, groceries, shops and restaus. Closer to banks & atm hubs too. Unit is big for a studio, its clean, have a very good aircon, working washing machine, and few kitchen/cooking utensils. They also have a sturdy clothes rack outside, you can wash and do airdry, but be careful when hanging clothes outside bec its not really allowed. You have to move the clothes rack near the aircon area, slightly hidden. Big clothes cabinet if you have a lot of clothes, with few hangers. Spacious ref too. TV is working but its not a smart TV, u need a hub to connect the TV and do screen display using your devices. Spacious balcony but I wish there's a small table & chairs outside. We originally checked in last Dec 2024 until Feb 2025, and decided to extend the booking twice. They are flexible with booking. My only concern was the response time, during our stay. Other than that, everything is good. Place is comfy & private.
