We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. I loved staying at this condo. Everything was fairly accessible and the neighbors were very nice people. Amenities were useful and everything was functional enough for my lifestyle. It was a functioning home. There are ATMs downstairs, guards are super nice, the restaurants below are worth eating daily in, and the convenience of a small grocery store with everything you’ll ever need is the sweet cherry on top. Also, it was not difficult getting transportation. With the Mall of Asia at your doorstep as well as everything the bay has to offer, it’s also difficult to get bored on days off. I was working remotely during my entire stay and it was blissful. 10/10 would recommend!

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

The unit was exactly the photos published. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and had all amenities promised. The 24/7 security guards were very attentive and performed their jobs very well. The proximity to the malls was amazing and getting transportation was never an issue. The unit could do a little updating and repair of bathroom plumbing, but overall, our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and very safe. Would use this place to stay again in future travels.

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

The unit was perfect for the five of us and within walking distance to MOA Seaside, where our event took place. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we had a comfortable stay! thank you! Highly recommend for anyone attending an event near MOA, SMX, or MOA Arena!

Great place to stay near the airport. has lots of great amenities, especially the washing machine, drying rack, and the cooking utensils. Easy to find and super accessible to the pharmacy, salons, restaurants and mall. I really enjoyed my stay at Mia's place and will recommend friends and family to stay here too.
