Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

It's always a good experience to stay at Ash's place. Not only because it's clean but the host is very helpful and accommodating. The sorrounding also is peaceful and the staff of the building are nice and polite. I would definitely stay again to Ash's place in my future travels.

Imelda is a fantastic host. I never ran out of drinking water, she left extra paper towels and toilet paper, and gave me no reasons to complain. She is super-responsive and very hospitable. I would be hard-pressed to find a flaw in her hosting model. I will keep Imelda in my favorites for future visits. I've stayed at 2 of her properties and more than satisfied with her accommodations. ✨️Hosting excellence✨️

Mark Gervy was super responsive and helpful. The place felt like home and there were heaps of restaurants nearby. Only thing is the building doesn’t have a ramp so it was a bit of a struggle with our heavy luggage (not the host’s fault, just sharing). Maybe just improve or sanitise the foam mattress as we got a few bites from bed bugs, and the blanket could be better too. Overall though, Mark’s honestly one of the best hosts we’ve had. The place and host are highly recommended and we’d definitely come back!

I found Cath’s place to be very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. She has amenities in her apartment that entertain and help, but do not clutter the place. They are neatly and friendly organized. Cath responds promptly and communicates well sharing valuable informations to her guests. The surrounding of the building is likewise clean and peaceful with kind and respectful staff. I will prefer to stay in Cath’s place again in the future.

The place was awesome, the host was very accomodating and responsive. Also provides a detailed instruction. He is also patient in answering all of our questions. Really worth the penny. Will definitely come back once I need a good accomodation in Taguig.

We had a great stay and easy checkin and checkout. Launcelot met us at the airport even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Apartment is very safe and just a few minutes walk from Resorts World. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Loved blackout curtains in the bedroom as we had some late nights. Highly recommend the place.

Beautiful place.. good foods and convenience store located 5-10 minutes walk away. Peaceful and quiet area. Very secure with the guarded entrance and security all around. We stayed at 4 other accomodations during our 3 weeks holiday and have to say Marian’s place exceeds them all! The free parking was a bonus too. Unit is very neat and tidy. Good amount of bins. The filtered water tank was empty but no big deal. Clean towels provided. Hand-wash, sponges, dish washing liquid, body wash and shampoo all included. This really stood out to me as other accommodations do not provide these and it’s very useful and convenient for travellers to not have to worry about bringing them about everywhere. There’s a unique bidet they have installed on the toilet. Much better than the usual ones on the wall. Marian was also very clear with her check in instructions. Went airport at 8pm and took almost 30 minutes but i guess this is normal anywhere with manila traffic. Regardless I highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The house has a clean and modern aesthetic which makes it a great place to take photos. There are lots of windows that let in natural light and air. There are lots of spaces to hang out and do different activities, this was great for our big family group! The area is very private, but hilly. We loved that the place has great views of the city from sunset, to night, and even sunrise! Hershey was easy to communicate with and answered right away for any questions we had. Drinking water is provided. Great internet service and easy to access. Tips: Advise the host early on if you need to borrow the baby crib. Bring your own towels. Plan your room assignments. Only one room has an ensuite, so all other rooms share the remaining two bathrooms. The biggest room is actually a theater/ game room, so it’s configured less like a bedroom (no cabinets/ racks for your things and it’s pretty dark). No coffee maker, but there is hot water for instant or your own drip coffee.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.
