My wife and I stayed here while we were visiting for a wedding. It was the perfect getaway for those who want to explore the surrounding area but have a clean, private space to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again!

Karey’s place was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I wanted a couple days of downtime and this place was perfect. I absolutely loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the river flow by. The room itself was immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. We would definitely love to come back here again.

A great little spot! Loved the teahouse downstairs. The apartment was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. Really fun to meet Victor and hear about the history of the place.

Cindy and Rob have a beautiful spot on the river! If you’re looking for a nice, unique, quiet, secluded getaway this is the perfect place. The dwelling was right on the river whether you want to fish or just enjoy the breathtaking view and sounds of nature. They had pretty much everything you would need along with a bbq and fire pit. Heads up, it is pretty isolated but there is a corner store about 2-3 minutes down the road and they had a nice selection of grocery items but I definitely recommend doing your grocery shopping beforehand since the closest grocery store was about 20 minutes away. I definitely will be returning in the future, thank you Cindy and Rob!😊

We really enjoyed our visit. The location was beautiful with a great view. Quiet location and we felt like we were in the forest but still close to civilization. Easy parking

Randal’s place was awesome. If I was on a golf trip in the summer I would have been even more in heaven. Randa was very thoughtful and paid attention to every little detail. My kids are younger and we have a new puppy. She had a chest full of toys and dog treats ready to go. Highly recommend!

It was a very fun and peaceful vacation. This place was perfectly between fun wilderness activities, and the city would definitely come back.!

The house was perfect for our family trip! Very spacious, clean, and just as described. We loved watching the deer in the forest behind the house, and appreciated the variety of board games and puzzles.

I had a very calm and peaceful stay at the house. I was rather busy during my weekend in Portland and didn't have much time to enjoy just being at the AirBnB. The washer/dryer, dedicated parking, and closeness to my event were key pieces as to why I chose this specific AirBnB. The host had plenty of extra towels & linens. The house is modern, sleek, and designed with care. It looks just like the photos. I would recommend reading the full details on the listing which the host has thoughtfully added. There was another guest in the other house on the property, I didn't hear or see them while being on the property (it was rather cold and snowy).

I stay in The Dalles very regularly for work, and I normally stay in Airbnbs. This was my first stay at the Fort Dalles Farmhouse, and my stay was excellent. This is a very comfortable older home that has been very nicely updated. The kitchen is well equipped, the neighborhood is super quiet and great for walking/running, and everything is just very cozy. I highly recommend this property.

our stay here was great! The view was great and the fireplace kept us all warm all night. The house is way more spacious than it looked and fit 3 of us very comfortably. The location was pretty secluded but was not difficult to find — even in the dark. There was also a neighborhood dog that was roaming around who was very cute and sweet. I would absolutely stay again!

Great home! I went with a group of friends and we all had a great time using the hot tub and hanging around doing absolutely nothing :) Michelle was a lovely host who communicated well and left great instructions for the home.

we really enjoyed our stay at Aliaina’s place! We were in the middle of a move and really needed some relaxing space and we felt like we were right at home here. I really love all of the special little touches. The hot tub was just what we needed at the end of a long day and it was a really cool view under the trees. Super walkable neighborhood and great restaurants very close by. I felt safe and secure and comfortable with my family we definitely would stay here again.

Had a wonderful weekend. Nice trails and restaurants near us. So much to do in that surrounding area. Felt at home at this location.

Very cozy condo. Well equipped and Elizabeth left some local coffee, creams, eggs and other great snacks. We loved our stay, saw eagles daily! Elizabeth is one of my favorite hosts ! She’s very on top of everything and so kind !

David is a wonderful host. Attentive to any questions. And, he is super friendly! The apartment was very cozy and very well maintained. Kitchen has numerous accessories such as pots/pans, cutlery, spices, etc. the area is very nice. Hopefully, I’ll be back next year! Thank you David!!

Kasey’s condo was amazing very cozy and a lot of space, there were 5 of us 4 adults and 1 child and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to sit and watch movies together in the living room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. We had a good weekend and wished we could have stayed longer the view is beautiful. Would definitely book again.

This is a lovely upper level updated condo on a quiet golf course nestled on Mt Hood. We were lucky enough to get to stay here to enjoy winter sports and it was the perfect landing pad. The open concept kitchen and living are bookended by large open windows and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Comfortable beds, washer/drier (key for drying out wet skin gear) , kitchen with everything you need. Loved this place! Thank you Maria!!

We were elated to find Mike and Betsy's (reasonably priced!) piece of heaven for a weekend of solitude and appreciated their clear communications leading up to our arrival. Their recommendations for hiking, walking, pool, hot tub and restaurants were greatly appreciated, too – and the view from their condo's back porch is UH-mazing. The serenity of the location was just what we needed. 🙂 Anything and everything you need is in the kitchen, utility closet, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room – even nightlights in the bathrooms (thank goodness because I'd forgotten to pack ours) and we loved the coziness of the fireplace while we watched a movie. If you're looking for a quiet mountain getaway with ease of getting around and outstanding owners, this is your place!
