We had a multi generation family gathering (13 adults and 6 kids) and everyone loved the stay. There was enough bedrooms and bedding for everyone. The place is extremely well stocked with all the appliances and cutlery and place settings for such a large group. The on property entertainment options were fantastic and well curated. The oldest generation went for long strolls on the expansive property and played corn hole. Middle generation played volleyball badminton softball TT and the kids loved running about the house, playing foozball and sprinkler and water games. House WiFi was good (necessary since no or low cell signal). Host was responsive during the stay and had their property manager assist promptly when we needed some help. Grocery stores within 10-20mins. Everyone had a wonderful peaceful time.

This Airbnb is a hidden treasure!!!! My husband and I stayed with our dog for the weekend. We had gorgeous view from every window, the hot tub was amazing, furniture was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The property offers complete privacy and peace. Our dog loved playing outside with plenty to explore. Tom is an awesome host, he was very kind and responsive! We will absolutely be back soon.

We had an amazing a relaxing stay. It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we greatly enjoyed the lakeside fire pit and hot tub. Zach was an awesome host, and we hope to be back to enjoy this beautiful space again. We are grateful to you for sharing your space, Zach!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

David's house is a classic farmhouse with the comforts you need for a pleasant stay near the town of Ithaca as well and beautiful surrounding natural landscape. David is responsive and helpful, and the place is very comfortable for a family in different configurations. There is even a hot tub!

Gorgeous house, super clean and tidy inside, with comfy and modern furniture. The hot tub was fantastic, make sure you turn off the lights so you can see the stars! The only other heads up I’ll give is that the way to get in is through the back entrance! We tried the front door for like 5 minutes until the electronic lock blocked us from continuing haha. Great location to get away from the city for a weekend and go hiking. Lots of great trails really close by.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Christopher was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed in the space, including instructions for the TV, heating, and WiFi. The furniture was comfortable and it was the perfect space for two people! It was definitely worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Ithaca or Watkins Glen!

Our stay at Christopher’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The secluded location offered peace and quiet, yet we still had fast WiFi and great cell reception, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features was the beautiful stream nearby—it added such a tranquil and scenic touch to our stay. We also appreciated how attentive and responsive Christopher was as a host. He provided a wealth of local knowledge, making it easy to explore the area and find great spots to visit. Our dogs had just as much fun as we did, especially while we grilled outside! A thoughtful bonus was Christopher having the number for a 24-hour vet on hand—such a considerate touch for pet owners. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend staying here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a renovated ground-floor apartment in one of the many older homes found all throughout Ithaca. The space is nice. Very clean. I really appreciate that there are tons of surfaces put your stuff throughout the apartment, including the bathroom. We were there in the middle of January. The space is heated by a single giant radiator in the floor. It throws out enough heat for the main living areas of the apartment. The bathroom also has a portable space heater. I think I remember reading that the bedroom does too, but we didn't need it. Of all the AirBnb's we've stayed at in Ithaca (4 or 5), Katherine & Jia's is our favorite!

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

This place was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated. It's not the average air bnb with multi property management, it's clear that Anne and Frank enjoy creating a beautiful home and property and take pride in being awesome hosts. Would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the outside pond and trails. Highly Recommend!

Sarah was a wonderful and communicative host! Parking and check-in was so easy which was wonderful because we arrived in a snow storm. We had everything we needed, even when my son thought he lost his toothbrush, it was no biggie because Sarah had some. The main bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a microwave and refrigerator even though there isn't an actual kitchen. We were very happy with our quick stay to tour the local colleges, the location was sooo convenient!

We had a great stay. The home was comfortable, spotless, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Erik was communicative and helpful.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Also, the description on the website matched very well, and it was clear how much the nightly rate would be beyond the two of us. We would certainly stay again.

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!

We felt right at home here! We absolutely loved playing in the yard and going for walks around the pond. Perfect Airbnb for a family with a dog! It’s a super quiet neighborhood with lots of trails within a few minutes drive. You’re also 10 minutes from all the downtown restaurants and stores. Would definitely come back and stay again!
