We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

The apartment is stocked thoughtfully, well maintained and located close enough to get to downtown easily but also shielded from the traffic. Laura was super responsive and communicated proactively.

The place was beautiful and super spacious! Everything was laid out and simple. No problems at all.

Quiet, beautiful area, the whole experience in this Bnb made me feel at home. Hot tub was awesome, big TV, heater in the bathroom. I stayed here for a weekend get away vacation and did a hike and just overall relaxing, and I got exactly that. I recommend.

My husband and I came to Ithaca to play shuffleboard at a local brewery. Sarah’s place was so centrally located to everything you could need in a cute town like Ithaca. Sarah was very responsive and the guide she sent was thorough and so helpful. The apartment was adorable - everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Everything was impeccably clean and that bed was SO cozy! Definitely would stay again, and hopefully in nicer weather to take advantage of the covered sitting area.

Loved this place, in a safe neighborhood with walking areas, very cute inside! Lots of amenities. Will come back

We booked so we had a place to stay while we helped our daughter move in to her college dorm. Our family of four was very comfortable - everyone had their own room and MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean and organized space. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen but there were plenty of recommendations for eating out. Josh was quickly communicative and responsive when we had questions. Though they live on the top floor of the house, our privacy was totally respected. I would definitely consider staying again!

We had an amazing stay at Carin’s place. It was clean, modern, cozy, spacious and welcoming. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and the two bathrooms were incredibly large and luxurious. We cooked dinner at the house and were impressed by all the high-quality utensils and super easy to use soda stream! Sitting by the lake was so peaceful and Carin has a portable speaker so we played music and admired some nature by sunset. Carin was communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. All round this was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back when going on an upstate adventure :)

Narrowsburg is such a quaint, cute, and friendly town—perfect for a relaxing getaway! Plamena was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The home itself is cozy and well-appointed, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking. The fireplace was such a treat—be sure to grab firewood from Pete’s! The location is ideal; we loved being able to walk to Main Street and explore the charming shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were top quality, making for a restful night’s sleep. A special highlight was watching the deer wander through the backyard—it was such a peaceful and beautiful sight. Highly recommend this stay! Would absolutely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

PURE BLISS! The cottage is old, charming, and sits in a beautiful location with amazing views and access to the Delaware. So many varieties of birds to watch. The indoors is very clean, beds comfy, kitchen adequately supplied to cook any meal (but go to TOWN!) Beautiful place to have campfire and relax. The outdoor space is beautifully laid out. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely to walk and the downtown is worth exploring. Hosts were very quick to respond to my texts. The fresh eggs left in the refrigerator were a plus. I can only imagine how awesome this place will be in the summer! Thank you so much! See you again, for a longer stay.

Awesome place, in a great location and walking distance to the Commons, restaurants, & shops. The layout was great for a family, and our kids enjoyed the loft space. Modern, lots of natural light, comfy beds, and had everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our girls trip. The home was clean, safe, and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. There were many thoughtful touches around the house such as the welcome music, wine, plastic glasses and towels for the hot tub, plenty of extra bath towels, and more!

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. So peaceful. Jenifer and Don were lovely hosts. We love the area and we definitely enjoyed it!!

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, die Lage direkt am Bach ist extrem ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, und der Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse und Garten direkt am Bach ist sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Trax restaurant. It was easy driving to Cortland. Our host responded quickly and fully to anything we needed. I highly recommend Megan's place.

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

We enjoyed our stay here to go to the waterpark and Destiny USA mall. Would stay here again!

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

This was exactly what we needed for a short stay visiting our daughter at SUNY Cortland. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful view and peaceful setting! Brenda was thoughtful, friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our messages back and forth. Loved the kitchen, amenities and snacks! Great sitting area inside and out. Nice size bedroom on second floor, updated bathrooms on first and second floor. Large loft on third floor with additional beds using the spiral staircase to enter. Great neighborhood to walk our pup. Brenda also had a dog dish for Abby. Carver’s Steakhouse was great! Sat outside with our pup there, too. Thankful for a wonderful time! Can’t wait to stay again.
