We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

The apartment is stocked thoughtfully, well maintained and located close enough to get to downtown easily but also shielded from the traffic. Laura was super responsive and communicated proactively.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our weekend was - from the ease of check-in, the quiet peaceful neighborhood, the location being so conveniently located near anything we needed, and the feeling of being ‘home’. Beds were so comfy, kitchen was amazing, more than enough room for us to chill in the living room together, and we couldn’t think of anything that would have made it any better. We can’t wait to come back!

Brad was very responsive and it was the perfect place for a ski trip!

Beautifully updated with lovely design accents throughout, we loved this cute little gem. Parking garage a bonus in snowy Ithaca winters, steps from state street restaurants and night life. Hosts were friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had. Cozy and perfect for our two day stay. Would visit again. Thank you!

The Hive was such a great find and we will definitely stay there again. The location was convenient to Cornell. Theresa was quick to respond to questions. It was clean, comfortable, and the welcome basket was a nice appreciated touch.

An amazing and eclectic home! Carin keeps this place super tidy and clutter free. We loved the large kitchen and living room! The frozen pond next to the house was beautiful to wake up to. The bathrooms are cute too!

This place was even better than what we expected. The house was Beautiful and extremely clean. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Melissa checked on us to make sure everything was good with us and she responded immediately if I needed her. My family had such a great time on our vacation. None of us wanted to leave. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Would definitely stay there again!

If I’d really read the check in directions and not just the address finding the house would have been very clear! The house is on an auto repair shop property but it didn’t bother us a bit! The bed was very comfortable and the set up of kitchen and living/dining area just perfect. The faucet in the tub is lose and should probably be checked. Water supply and temp were great. We even enjoyed the spacious porch to watch the morning sky and birds, in spite of chilly weather! The house met our needs perfectly! We’d happily return.

Cowboy Mansion was a lovely place to stay! The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for the things we brought to cook, and the dog enjoyed exploring the back yard! Overall charming space and thoughtful accomodations; fussing with the acoustic guitar and chess board were fun cozy winter activities.

We have stayed with Megan before and would come back over and over again.

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

What a beautiful view and peaceful setting! Brenda was thoughtful, friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our messages back and forth. Loved the kitchen, amenities and snacks! Great sitting area inside and out. Nice size bedroom on second floor, updated bathrooms on first and second floor. Large loft on third floor with additional beds using the spiral staircase to enter. Great neighborhood to walk our pup. Brenda also had a dog dish for Abby. Carver’s Steakhouse was great! Sat outside with our pup there, too. Thankful for a wonderful time! Can’t wait to stay again.
