Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders schön war die Gesellschaft der süßen Katze Amber, die uns oft besucht hat. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer tollen Auswahl und allem, was man sich wünscht. Besonders die Spinach Tortilla war ein Highlight – absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! As we are the first reviewers, we will try to leave a comprehensive review: -What really sets this place apart is the service. Alfa, Agus and the team are exceptionally attentive and kind, always on hand to ensure you are comfortable. They are genuinely interested in your well being and have given the best care we’ve ever had (and this is our 5th Bali trip). -The location is safe and quiet, away from literally everything: you will need a driver or moped to get to anything, but it is incredibly peaceful. -The place itself is quite nice, if a little unfinished. It is very newly constructed (less than 5 years old). There are all the modern comforts- cold A/C, comfortable couches, a lovely pool, clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water and pressure. -The villa has 4 guest levels accessible via stairs. 2 levels are suites, with separate bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, with beautiful views, while the other 2 levels are bedrooms with bathrooms. The living area is expansive and comfy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure that my stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The homemade pastries were delightful, and the variety of options—from hearty omelets to vibrant fruit bowls—ensured that there was something for everyone. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the stunning views was simply magical. Speaking of views, the location itself is breathtaking. Nestled in a picturesque setting, I was surrounded by nature’s beauty. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and would absolutely love to come back.

Nous avons séjourné 13jours à La Reserva, et nous avons adoré l’endroit. Le lieu est assez calme, le quartier est encore un peu typique. Le personnel est très agréable, à l’écoute. Ils nous ont recommandé un très bon chauffeur, Johann 😊. On recommande fortement

Merci pour l'accueil soigné et personnalisé que vous nous avez réservé depuis la réservation jusqu'au check-out, tout a été parfait. Merci à toute la team pour l'excellent petit déjeuner !!! Malgré un accès jusqu'au resort rendu boueux par les conditions météo compliquées (saison des pluies particulièrement actives cette année), nous n'avons pas été choqué car c'est presque partout le cas à Bali et bien indépendant de votre volonté !!! Vive l'aventure !!! Nous voulons également noter pour les futurs guets que le maximum est fait sur place (ajoutde clostras organiques supplémentaires) pour une intimité maximale et une protection concernant les travaux alentours qui du coup n'ont pas impacté notre séjour. Il règne un calme absolu de 5.00 pm à 8.00 pour une nuit sereine et réparatrice. A l'année prochaine.

We had a wonderful experience at this villa. The house has such a warm and welcoming energy, and it’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care into maintaining it. The staff was absolutely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was beautifully designed and very comfortable, making it a relaxing retreat. Even though our plans changed, we truly appreciated the host’s professionalism and understanding. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and positive stay!

Eine sehr schöne Villa - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Es ist alles da, es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt, wo wir was finden. Unser Gastgeber war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch sehr gut zu erreichen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und freuen uns über diesen Besuch! Danke schön 🙂
