Дом находится в хорошем, элитном районе. Место тихое, зелёное. В доме свой небольшой бассейн, который регулярно обслуживается. Маленькая, уютная гостиная и две комнаты, одна полноценная спальня, и одна спальня на одного или рабочий кабинет. Хозяин очень хороший человек: отзывчивый, внимательный и ответственный. Мы были рады познакомиться с ним лично. Кстати, расположение дома очень близко к пляжам Нуса Дуа, а это одни из лучших пляжей на Бали, где не бывает больших волн. Благодарим за интересный опыт.

Siti sangat ramah dan responsif. rumahnya bersih, peralatan semuanya tersedia seperti di rumah sendiri. kamar utamanya luas dan tersedia bathup juga ada balkon. Keseluruhannya sangat bagus dan sesuai dengan fasilitas yang tertera. sangat nyaman berada di rumah ini.

From Check-in to Check-out the processes and communication were remarkable! The neighbourhood is quiet and immaculate! There are no cars noises or annoying rooters keeping you up at night! The 400 foot temple is always a wonderful view after a long day of exploring! I really enjoyed the entire experience! This is a great place to stay!

This was the best place. We visited several apartments in bali this month. This villa is the cleanest and newest) great pool, room cleaning and very nice staff)

Very happy with our stay here, the accommodation was beautiful. We had booked for a weekend away as it was my friends birthday & we had arranged with the villa manager to surprise her with a floating breakfast on the day of her birthday along with decorations in the villa - Leo arranged everything perfectly & was so helpful arranging everything with me Leo went above & beyond for us during our stay - we really appreciate it!!

Общение с хозяином была всегда положительным. Очень быстро выходил на связь и устранял неполадки. Заменил сковородку по требованию и газовую плиту которая вышла из строя. Очень важный момент, что нас сильно огорчило, мы приехали отдыхать на виллу, как показано на фотографиях с красивым видом, белыми стенами. Но по факту, мы заселились в стены покрытые желтой и черной плесенью возле бассейна. Мы блогеры, наша работа связана с демонстрацией своей жизни и быта. Поэтому ни одного фото не было сделано на улице рядом с бассейном, как планировалось. Если для вас это важно, то имейте ввиду этот факт. Еще кондиционер который не справляется со своей работой. Ночью очень душно даже на минимальной температуре. В остальном вилла соответствует своему описанию.

The villa is nicer than the photos, well equipped plus a night watchman and daily cleaner. Pool was perfect, clean and well maintained, my 3 year old learned to swim there during our stay. Great comfortable beds with good aircons and the kitchen had all we needed. Rury was a great host, I think the best we have had. She was always available and went with us to local places. She is a friendly and fun person. Nectar is a very good coffee shop a few minutes walk away and there are loads of restaurants a short drive away. Villa is in the center of a quiet, less crowded part of Bali with great beaches nearby in all directions. Our family looks forward to returning Villa Luca Maou.

We had a fantastic stay here. The villas are new and furnished to a high standard. They also impress with their penchant for design and chic interiors. Everything is very well thought out and you immediately feel very comfortable in the villa. Our concierge Mira left nothing to be desired. She helped us with the organization of a scooter, breakfast and various other small matters. The very nice and courteous communication is worth mentioning. We would love to come back and look forward to our next visit. Thank you very much for the nice and pleasant stay. :)

The location is superb, quiet laneway within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and gyms/yoga/wellbeing. If you have a scooter it’s brilliant, but as we were a family including a 6 year old and adults ranging 20-50, in a group of 6, we found the ease of Grab Car to be perfect to get everywhere in the Uluwatu region. The Villa is easy to find. The Villa itself is stunning - coastal/boho/chic - earthy and calming and quite romantic with its crisp white mosquito nets. The hidden kids day bed in the master was like a cubby and is a great extra. All the bedrooms are massive, have luxurious bathrooms and day beds that would fit a child. The pool and garden area is like a sanctuary. We loved the depth and size of the pool which had a ledge for smaller kids but also allowed for some serious swimming too. The Villa Manager Ade and staff were incredible. Faultless, friendly and so helpful with suggestions and advice. The host communicates exceptionally well and cares. Loved all of it

The home is so cosy, beautiful, clean, the Melasti and Karma beach are so near! Hans, rthe owner, is so polite, answer immediately, help to solve all the questions, suggestions! It was the best stay in thiss area! I am so grateful for this place!!!

Thank you so much Renny for the wonderful villa. Did not expect there to be housekeeping at a private villa at all! The house was very clean and amenities provided especially the water dispenser was a superb plus point. The location is slightly tucked away from the busy Uluwatu area but nothing a short bike ride cannot handle. Renny was also super responsive and attended to any issues that we faced. She also provided us with mosquito repellent as well as back up medication which was something I had never experienced before. Do check this place out if you are ever visiting Uluwatu in the future!

Our host wast fantastic! Absolutely amazing! The view and the space was absolutely stunning. The gym and the ice bath were a little less than the photos but otherwise we loved the spot.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The host was fantastic – quick to respond and super helpful throughout our visit. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the large swimming pool and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bali!

In a quiet corner of the peninsula, a cozy and private space that is a base ideal to explore Bukit. The area can be great for longer walks, and with a scooter everything you need is easily reachable. Comfortable bed, great AC and a lovely little private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen make up a wonderful living space, well worth the price. Absolutely recommended, even for longer stays.

super reactive host! the villa was PERFECT! we had a problem with the Aircon and they come immediately to fix it! the position is perfect, the villa big enough for 4 people. the only “con” is that you can hear A LOT the dogs from the street :( expect this, everything was perfect.

Beautiful place which looks like the pictures. Everything was amazing! Only small thing was that access to channels and TV was on your own accounts meaning if you do not have Netflix etc yourself you cannot actually watch anything. Most Airbnb I go to would have a pre-logged in account for this. But everything else was perfect and staff is very sweet and friendly!
