我是常驻巴厘岛的一位环球旅行摄影师，这家villa就在我常驻的房子对面，我的家人来巴厘岛旅行时，我选择了他们家的villa，这是我感到非常正确且愉快的决定！ 地理位置：非常好，且安全，附近是大型别墅和酒店，还有高尔夫球场，甚至！开车到海边！只要十分钟！！！真是让我惊喜！地理位置，是我最喜欢的地方。 酒店：别墅非常的大，还有楼顶，还有室外很大的草坪！我觉得一整家人入住是我觉得非常浪漫的选择。 设施：别墅的设施非常齐全，完全超出了我的预期。房间内配备了现代化的空调、高速Wi-Fi、智能电视和舒适的床品。厨房设备一应俱全，适合自己烹饪。浴室宽敞干净，热水供应稍微需要注意一下，建议人多的话，排队等待一下新的热水。别墅还提供了高品质的洗浴用品。 此外，别墅还提供每日清洁服务，工作人员非常专业且友好，始终保持环境整洁。 房东服务：房东非常热情且细心，从预订到入住都提供了无微不至的帮助。入住前，房东详细询问了我们的需求，有任何问题，房东都会第一时间回复，让人感到非常安心。 性价比：考虑到别墅的设施、服务和地理位置，我认为这次住宿的性价比非常高。相比同区域的酒店，这栋别墅提供了更多的私密性和空间，价格却更加合理。特别适合家庭或朋友团体入住。 如果有机会！我会选择再次入住的！

The place itself was very nice! The perfect place if you want to stay in and chill at the villa. Keep in mind that it is pretty far from the Uluwatu main road and beaches, around a 20 minute motorbike ride.

Ning heeft scooters geregeld die vrij snel na onze aankomst afgeleverd werden. Zeker aan te bevelen voor een prima dagprijs. De kamers waren schoon en koel, de airco was al aangezet. Dagelijks werden de bedden strak opgemaakt. We ontbeten hier dagelijks met fruitbowl of pannenkoek en zoveel koffie (gratis) als we wilden. Leuk contact vooral omdat Ning tot verbazing ook goed Nederlands spreekt maar ook met haar multilingual man. De honden zijn gezellig en komen graag een snackje halen. Ben je met 2 volwassenen en wil je relaxed apart slapen dan kun je het best het hele huis boeken. Een volgende keer in Uluwatu boeken we Ning zeker opnieuw.

Superb brand new house with luxurious pool, tasteful decor and comfy beds, all the necessities and amazing water pressure and temperature choice in the shower (not a given in Bali). Really recommend. Ipang was very helpful (took care of our luggage before the check in time). Would recommend having a scooter - 5 min from Bingin and maybe 10 from Uluwatu - grab cars are an option but they find it hard to find the place… in the middle of other constructions, bound to be full of other villas soon

Two families of four (4 adults and 4 kids) stayed in the villa and had plenty of room to spread out. The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The resort staff provided a very high level of service and paid special attention to every detail. The resort beach club has great food and drinks with a great beach for kids to swim. Highly recommend this villa.

We stayed from 24.12.24 to 05.01.25. I'll start with the bad: when we checked in, there was a suffocating smell of mold in both rooms. In one of the rooms, the entire wall was wet and moldy. This is very dangerous for health. Since we were vacationing with children, you understand how unpleasant it is. The villa needs updating and major repairs. The landscape also needs to be refreshed, many plants are sick and unkempt. It's damp and dirty everywhere. Water drips from the ceiling when it rains. The owner warned us that there was renovation going on around. But!!! Renovations are being done in three buildings around, from 08:00 to 17:00, it's unbearable noise. Only earplugs saved us. Decide for yourself whether you need such a "rest". If I were the owner of the villa, I would do the renovation together with the neighbors, and not torment people with such a heavenly environment of dust and noise. The villa is beautiful. Redi and his staff are friendly and made sure there is plenty of drinking water and soda and beer in the fridge. The breakfast and bbq dinner were great. The complimentary transfers from/to airport/cruise port are a plus. Redi was very responsive to our requests for tours and spas. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in Bali.

This house is an absolute gem and Dima was always available for anything. For expectations management - there's. a bit of noise outside (you can fix it with earplugs), there are a lot of mosquitos (if they love you take your dose of repelent) and the toilet is needing some love and is a mosquito wonderland because of the water. If you're chilled with this, this house is a perfect match. Dima went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - getting me a table light and a new amazing mattress which was a relief as many host wouldn't really care. The house is so so unique and original - even dangerous as it makes you hang there more than outside :)
