The place is exactly what it's says in the listing, more over, the view from the balcony is very nice. On top of this, Roshan, the gentleman who is taking care of the property on site, is very friendly and helpful, we needed some support from Ravishka and Roshan on a short notice and it was immediately provided. Prompt and friendly host, great property and a very friendly manager who's name is Roshan. Will definitely visit if we get a chance again.

Hi Sharmilla, We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tranquillity. The garden and surroundings are stunning, with beautiful pools leading into a vast palm forest and nature reserve. The tranquility is incredible—just birdsong and the sounds of nature all around. Sunil, the caretaker, was amazing. He helped with everything, from getting fresh fruit at a local farm to arranging a tuk-tuk. Such a kind and attentive person! We felt truly pampered and completely relaxed. We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook. It was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable and a quiet retreat yet conveniently located close enough to the airport, a 24/7 grocery store a short walk away and transport available freely by Pick Me app and on the main road nearby. The wonderful high ceilings added charm to the house and the huge veranda was a favourite relaxing spot for us. The full kitchen also had a water filter, which eliminated the hassle of having to buy bottled water. The hosts Merill and Inoka who live downstairs were super helpful and lovely people. Merrill helped arrange out transport from and to the airport, he even accompanied us when we needed to buy local Sims as the shop keeper didn't understand English. And Inoka helped find a driver guide for our day trip to Colombo. We really appreciated their kindness and help all through our stay. In all, a lovely place to stay and with very good and responsive hosts!

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This was close to paradise and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in around the world. We loved the stylish design of the buildings, filled with art, the well maintained gardens and the beautiful pool which we had all to ourselves for two days. Dinesh, VJ and the rest of the staff were always in attendance with help and thoughtful gestures. Breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat. The bananas and star fruit straight from the tree were delicious. Dinesh arranged taxis and tuk tuks for us and a highlight was a his and hers massage in the spa room. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara, the owner and talk to her about her collection of art and artefacts. The rooms were very spacious with an excellent modern en- suite and tall ceilings. An idyllic two night stay to begin our journey around Sri Lanka and recuperate after a long flight from the UK. Do not hesitate to book at this beautiful oasis....we can't wait to return!

Wir hatten eines unserer besten Airbnb-Erlebnisse. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Mahinda und Suneetha haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Mahinda ist mit uns los und hat uns die Umgebung nähergebracht, Suneetha hat hervorragendes Essen gekocht und es geschafft den Kindern Optionen zu geben, die sie mögen (was wirklich nicht einfach ist)! Die Unterkunft selbst ist blitzsauber und liegt absolut ruhig. Wir hatten eine kurze aber wunderbare Zeit! Vielen Dank!

The house is beautiful with a lush green view. Ann and her husband are really nice and friendly! Location is very close to the airport. Recommended!

Pradeep et sa femme seront au petit soin pour vous, il se ferons un plaisir de faire vos courses , cuisiner vos repas, d'entretenir le jardin et la piscine. Martinez saura vous conseiller, que ce soit pour vos achats,vos déplacements,ou vos visites, vous n'avez plus qu'à vous laissez vivre. Merci à Nayan de m'avoir fait découvrir cet endroit paradisiaque, qui pour moi est la plus belle, la plus agréable, des 5 villas que nous avons loué pendant notre séjour de 6 semaines. C'est promis nous reviendrons.

I had the most incredible stay at Villa Mika, and I truly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into my own private oasis. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The indoor pool was a dream—I loved starting my mornings with a swim and unwinding in the evenings, just floating under the soft lighting. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Sira, the villa’s housekeeper. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. He is, without a doubt, the hidden gem of this villa!
