很不错，离范五老街很近，打车也很方便，周边也有7-11，全家，还有口味比较好的夜宵

Nous n’avons pas pu loger dans la chambre que nous avions réservé car il y avait un problème de climatisation. Néanmoins nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement similaire dans la même résidence. Je ne peux donc pas me prononcer précisément sur ce logement en particulier. L’hôte est très très réactif, les instructions d’accès sont claires. Il est possible de laisser ses bagages et d’accéder au logement de façon autonome, ainsi que de faire une lessive, ce qui est un gros plus. C’est un peu excentré des lieux d’intérêts du district 1, mais ça reste accessible à pieds. Bien que dans une ruelle, le bruit des voisins autour, et des chiens peut être pénible, mais l’hôte ne peux rien y faire.

Alice and Justin always provide prompt and precise information while we got some questions. They are super friendly and thoughtful. Places are clean and cozy, also convenient to travel to famous places in this city.

We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

This is the 2nd apartment for our short stay at Haina’s place. Exactly like the image! Wait a bit for the building door to be opened when checking-in but the process is seamless. Recommend!

The unit is facing the pool which I liked. The pool is usually not busy and gets cleaned daily. The building has a cleaning staff working everyday, and the unit gets thorough cleaning once a week. The building staff are nice. The bed is comfy and everything worked well.

Well situated apartment off party street. Centrally located but authentic Vietnamese if you don’t want to stay in a touristic hotel. Host was responsive and available after we locked ourselves out of the room. Highly recommended! Good value for groups or families.

Really nice apartment in Go Vap. Go Vap is not inundated with tourists and most people speak Vietnamese but if you cant they will still be happy to help you. I joined a gym down the road and with my limited Viet ability and their help translating we had a fun time arriving at the cost for the membership and they we’re cute and helpful with trying to understand each other.

Excellent stay. check in was seamless. The apartment was just like the pictures. Communication was great throughout. The host was extremely responsive. The apartment was well stocked with plenty of complimentary snacks, water, detergent etc. Host also accommodated our late check out request. Would highly recommend this airbnb!

Pro : The apartment exceptional and location great in central D1 district. Con : Only negative was a weak shower head and the hot water took time start Overall we had a very good experience at Lucas apartment (Tom was very helpful and responsive)

The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We had all the perfect amenities I could ask for. The pool was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions within minutes.
