This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

My stay at Katy’s place was absolutely wonderful ! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—close to Đ. Bùi Viện. Katy was an exceptional host, always available for questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in HCMC ! Thank you for a wonderful experience !!

Overall a very comfortable stay with a very local feel to the place. Thao was extremely proactive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Jus take note for the bedroom area, the steps are steep n if you are 1.8m, you're hitting the ceiling every time you stand up. Also the backdoor leads to the motorcycle parking area, so alas the noise of the bikes come in/out n the doors opening/closing does intrude significantly so light sleepers be aware.

My friends and I had such a great time staying at Nguyen & Thu's place! Rooms were spacious and the location was great. They were both very responsive and helpful.

What a fantastic find!!!!!! Victors place is spotlessly clean, it’s in a really cool location. 3 or 4 min walk to walking street that’s fun do see at night but this apartment is down an quaint alley (yes well lit and totally safe) with locals nice sized balcony that faces a really cute Parisian style neighbouring building. Reminds me of vietnams history. Victoer is quick to respond and to help. He gave me a great recommendation when I asked him if he could suggest a barber. This was very good value and I would stay again.

Perfekt lejlighed hvis man vil bo i distrikt 1 og stadig bo lokalt og tæt på street food. God lobby med bemandet personale, og der er en lille café i bunden af bygningen hvor man kan få en kop kaffe. Lejligheden er fuldt ud udstyret med hvad man får brug for, og er dejlig rummelig. Jeg vil klart booke denne lejlighed igen hvis jeg kommer til Saigon igen, og jeg vil give den mine varmeste anbefalinger til andre der overvejer at booke denne lejlighed.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé à proximité de tout dans le district 1. Appart très bien équipé et qui dispose de la Clim. La salle de bain est très qualitative. Check in et out en totale autonomie (instructions très claire). Je recommande +++

Very nice space! Was confusing on where to enter at first because you enter through the side of the building using the garage with no signs. You take the elevator up and you have the entire floor to yourself which is amazing. It even has a balcony connected to the bedroom. Overall great place with A/C.

Super nice stay at this Airbnb! The place was squeaky clean, and we felt really at home. The host was also very accommodating they safekept our luggage until 5 PM since we were with elderly companions and had a late 10 PM flight. Really appreciate the extra help! Highly recommend this place!

Super cute space! Convenient location right on top of a large grocery store and a delicious vegetarian buffet restaurant. Mattress a little stiff but everything else is wonderful! :) Special thanks to Mr. Hung for being very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

I’m giving this review 5 stars, BUT my review will be based on a different listing under Bach’s properties. (Brown couch, red decor) I could not stay at the grey couch listing due to reasons I sorted out with the hosts. Bach was a responsive host and helped fix our issue by switching us to a different unit. The space was clean and washer and dryer was a plus. The location is good, located in D1 and is easy to find. The building felt safe with security. The city view from the airbnb is really beautiful. It is nice to come back to a cozy place after a long day in Saigon. I think it’s better than a hotel because there is a lot of space since it is an apartment. I would stay again for the next time I am in HCM.

Uyen's place is a great place to stay when visiting HCMC. The location is great, very close to District 1, and walkable to the main points of interest (just 5-minute walk to the War Remnants Museum, and 30-minute walk to Bitexco), otherwise easy to hire a Grab car. We felt very safe as in the rest of the city. A good supermarket, Co.opmart, is just 3 blocks away. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood (Little HaNoi Egg Coffee, Chai Garden and others). The steep stairs were not at all an issue for us (with carry on luggage only, and I'm in my 60's). The apartment is modern, all appliances look new and work great. The refrigerator is big, the clothes washing machine a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable and even though the mattress was on the floor (bedroom floor is a step above the living room floor), this was a non-issue for us. Uyen was an outstanding host. She is friendly, respectful, responsive, accommodating, and provided free coffee, tea, and water.
