This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

Globalement bon séjour. Le logement est propre et bien rangé. Néanmoins, il y a un bruit de machine électrique assez fort, ça peut être dérangeant pour dormir. Hôte moyennement réactif, je n’ai pas eu de réponse a mon message alors que c’était la hotline « d’urgence ». À part ça, plutôt bon rapport qualité prix, le quartier est assez animé donc sympa !

Our stay Mai Am Homestay was really nice. We didn't need a grab or taxi to go to central spots. Many good restaurants were nearby. We also received a lot information about nice food spots by Mie as soon as we checked in. Everything was perfect!

Thu is a extremely kind helping person who will help you in any way. I had an amazing stay and she even invited me for lunch after my check in. I couldn’t have hoped for a better host

Chỗ nghỉ rất tuyệt vời. Đây là địa điểm không chỉ lưu trú qua đêm mà còn có thể là 1 nơi nghỉ ngơi dài ngày. Giá cả rất tốt. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Môi trường cảnh quan xung quanh là điểm cộng. Gần tất cả những gì tôi cần như: siêu thị Co-op mart, tiệm thuốc tây, các quán ăn vỉa hè bên hàng cây tuyệt đẹp, đến những nhà hàng hạng sang... Khu nhà rất yên tĩnh. Có cửa sổ đầy nắng nhìn ra bầu trời và hàng cây cổ thụ... Đi về chủ động có khóa cửa và cửa cuốn an toàn. Có bếp nhỏ, tủ lạnh để nấu đồ cơ bản. Có máy giặt và máy sấy khô. Có nhà hàng Bồ Đào Nha rất ngon ở tầng 1. Chủ nhà nên bố trí thêm 1 số bát đũa, thìa muỗng và nồi chảo cho đồng bộ.

Having first visited in November 2023, I knew I was in for a great experience again in October 2024. What really stands out about this place is the incredibly friendly staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome and taken care of, making every interaction a pleasure. It’s like staying with friends! Additionally, the neighborhood is fantastic—vibrant and full of local charm, with plenty of great dining and shopping options just a short walk away. It’s the perfect balance of excitement and comfort. I highly recommend Andy's house to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Saigon. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Very convenient location with a cafe downstairs! Room was spacious and comfortable with consistent hot water. It is by a busy main road, so you will hear noise in the evenings and during the day, which may bother light sleepers. I didn't have a problem with it though. Would stay again!

Ngôi nhà rất mới, nội thất sang trọng, có đầy đủ thiết bị mà tôi cần dùng. Thật hoàn hảo giống như trong mô tả . Thích nhất là khoảng sân thượng buổi chiều tối rất mát, có đầy đủ bàn ghế để gia đình tôi ngồi ăn uống BBQ rất chill. Vị trí rất dễ tìm. Xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn, tôi không cần phải đi xa Chúng tôi có buổi ăn tối cùng nhau , cùng hát karaoke... Con tôi rất thích tắm bồn của nhà tắm , thật an toàn và rất sạch sẽ. Rất phù hợp cho gia đình hoac nhóm 10 người. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu nơi đây cho người thân của tôi khi họ đến Hồ Chí Minh Đặc biệt là chủ host Tracy rất tử tế, cô ấy đã hỗ trơ tôi rất nhiều! Rất khuyến khích vì giá tiền rất hợp lý . Sẽ quay lại lần sau .
