This host was amazing, they went out of their way to help. Everything from private drivers to get around to offering push bikes and scooters to hire. The breakfast was great with lots of menu options. Great recommendations to visit local area. We would return without a second thought. Lovely family. We felt cared for and looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ❤️

staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

The Villa was amazing, even better than it photos! Also, the staffs were amazing, they were always available for us during the trip. Great experience and a great place, I would go again anytime and recommend to everybody!

I don’t know what our trip would’ve looked like if we stayed elsewhere but what I know is that Thành and his wife made our stay in Ninh Binh the best vacation ever. Their hospitality, dedication and knowledge of the area and culture is surely unmatched. Private tour, recommendations, meals, laundry, name it ; everything can be done and they’ll be there for you.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L’endroit est calme et silencieux. La nourriture est également bonne! Location de vélo et scooter sur place pas cher. À vélo c’est à 5 minutes de la balade en barque de trắng an! Tam coc n’est pas très loin non plus! On s’est rendu en vélo! Il y a quelques rizières en chemin! Le personnel est sympathique, je recommande! Nous avons même ajouté une nuit!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean & neat. The yard is lovely and good for kids playing around. It would be great if have a seperate kitchen for the guests. Now the host let guests use his kitchen freely though. I will definitely recommend this place to stay in Ninh Binh!

Sự tiếp đón nhiệt tình thân thiện cùa gia đình Minh là điều tuyệt vời nhất ở đây, Minh hiểu biết và kiến thức sâu rộng về du lịch địa phương cũng như cho chúng tôi những thông tin bổ ích về văn hoá vùng miền. Vợ anh ấy là một đầu bếp tuyệt vời với những món ăn thuần Việt tươi ngon và đậm vị. Nhất định chúng tôi sẽ sớm quay trở lại vào một ngày không xa & giới thiệu cho bạn bè , người thân khi về đây thăm quan , nghỉ dưỡng . Cám ơn Minh & Gia đình.

if you want to experience local vietnamese famliy daily life, high recommend trang's garden homestay. the host always smile and very polite. they will arrange everything you need, give you tourism advice, very detail transportation info,book the taxi, even we go to next city, trang's parents arrange everything for us.I do not need to worry anything or spend lots of time on make travel planning,just relax and feel like home.
