The location is terrific. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby. The place was sparkling clean and I loved everything about my stay with Jenny.

Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

I felt like I was in a hotel. they cleaned my room everyday, new towels, made my bed, clean my dishes too.

The place is really clean and spacious (2 bed rooms) and 2 bathrooms, we didnt know that before. there place came with kitchen equipments such microwave, pan and stuff where u can cook simple dishes plus the washing machine at the balcony. i felt like home in this apartment. wifi working great so does aircon. to get in to the busy city is very easy by GRAB. it took us 30 mins to the airport. recommended for couple.

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

It's quiet at night. There is a good table and a computer chair in the room, a/c and fan - a comfortable place to work on a laptop. I would have stayed longer but unfortunately the room was not available.

This was a great, private space in the middle of HCM and Anh made it super easy for us to checkin. It was greatly convenient for us to walk to the center. There are a lot of restaurants and local food options, but also a few cool cafes if you are after good coffee in just 5-10 min walking distance. The space was clean, spacious with a very nice balcony and a super fast internet. The bonus for us was the running track next door, had the luxury of running every morning!

Michael and family were very kind and helpful throughout our 3 month stay in their home. The location was ideal for us, between office and town centre. Chợ Bà Chiểu market is just down the road for an authentic local shopping experience. For anyone looking for a real house rather than an apartment in Saigon, this is somewhere worth considering.

I loved staying in Trung’s apartment. It is very well maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Thao Dien, very near to great restaurants, a shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Also an easy, short cab ride to district 1. I would definitely stay there again.

В квартире всё исправно, хорошо работает,есть стиральная машина с эффективной функцией сушки, нам показалось, что лучше сушить прямо в ней, чем в отдельной сушильной машине. Квартира находится в новом доме в престижном районе, вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, супермаркетов, рядом большой гипермаркет и ТЦ. Крупных недостатков нет, но есть некоторые детали. Во-первых, бассейн находится в другом доме, до которого идти минут десять, а бассейн конкретно в этом доме есть, но не доступен. Во-вторых, сам район далековато от центра. Он удобен для местных, но совершенно не туристический, купить там, например, сим-карту, совершенно невозможно. В-третьих, хотя имеется стойка рецепции, там не готовы присмотреть за чемоданами, поэтому если вылет у вас сильно после отъезда, оставить чемоданы где-то вы не сможете. В целом, это не существенные вещи, просто нужно понимать их, если они для вас критичны. Нам понравилось наше пребывание, могу рекомендовать для всех.

Absolutely amazing place, location, and amenities. Not only are you able to get the feel of Saigon because everything is within a taxi ride, but you get to enjoy the more calm, collected side of the city. Everything that is wanted or needed can be found at the many shops and stores around. Not the mention the lovely Central Park area that is lovely to walk around during any time of day and evening.

Was a nice apartment a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Apartment very accurate to what is shown. Shopping centre near-by with lots of places to eat at
