We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

업무 출장이였는데. 출장인원이 좀 있어서 풀빌라를 찾았습니다. 가격대비 시설이 너무 좋았습니다. 집주인은 친절하고 깨끗하게 매일 유지 해줬습니다. 지하에 노래방 당구대가 있습니다. 주방에 미니바도 있습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족합니다.

Very good place in the middle of HCMC, western standards

The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect—so convenient to shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area effortless. I really appreciate the host’s hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend the place to others and look forward to staying again in the future!

Duck"s unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared. We got lucky, he put us on high floor and spacious unit. Duck was very helpful, finding us a new place when our flight got moved to the next day. He also sent his employee to help us moving.

We had a great stay here! It was great at communicating wth us beforehand and throughout, she met us on arrival, was very welcoming and helped us with our suitcases. The area is perfect with a lot of quirky shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a nearby supermarket and bakery.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich zuverlässig, antwortet sofort und sorgt sich herzlich um alles. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl – absolut empfehlenswert! Das Appartement ist im ruhigeren District 2 und man erreicht District 1 in 10-15 minuten. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um das Appartement sowie ein Gym und einen schönen Pool. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

This was a great, private space in the middle of HCM and Anh made it super easy for us to checkin. It was greatly convenient for us to walk to the center. There are a lot of restaurants and local food options, but also a few cool cafes if you are after good coffee in just 5-10 min walking distance. The space was clean, spacious with a very nice balcony and a super fast internet. The bonus for us was the running track next door, had the luxury of running every morning!

Always very accommodating and responsive

Just a few hiccups with the check in process because we arrived super late; everything else was amazing. Hope the business will improve and become even more superb.
