위치와 가격면에서 대단히 만족합니다 주인과의 의사소통은 매우 빠르고 정확하게 문제해결들을 해주셔서 좋았습니다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 아파트 악세스카드가 몇개 더있었으면 가족이 머물기에 편할 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 카드가 한개라 여러명 움직이기 오르락내리락 바빠서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah 2 bulan disini… staff sangat ramah.. checkin mudah.. staff sangat membantu ketika ada yg ingin di tanyakkan / ada kebutuhan lainya. Furniture dan elektronik lengkap. Suasananya nyaman.. security disini ramah.

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

Lucky’s house was great. Worth the money. + internet hi speed +playstation works well +premium equipment +easy to find trash bin every where +modern interior +secure cluster (I saw security go around many time every day) +air conditioner super cool +working area so comfortable (the chair) - check in time 3 pm, but I was check in at 4.10pm

I stayed at this villa while preparing for a concert at SICC, and it exceeded my expectations! The villa is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (though it feels like there are more, as some rooms were locked), clean bathrooms, and incredibly comfy beds. I slept soundly despite being exhausted from event prep. The best part? It’s very affordable for such a large place and is located close to SICC, making everything super convenient. Mr. Rudy, the host, was very kind, even accommodating my last-minute booking. Mr. Budi, the caretaker, was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything smooth, including extending my checkout time and very last-minute request to extending my stay for another night. The only minor downside was a few insects, but I left the windows open, so that's on me. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back for future events at SICC. Fijn verblijf! Wordt altijd snel gereageerd en probeert overal mee te helpen. Er wordt nog gebouwd in de straat, maar heb daar weinig van gemerkt.

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

Clean and spacious accommodation, with great view of the sea from living room and main bedroom. Close to amenities with 24h grocery store and many local foods at the doorstep. Secure apartment. Cater to the needs of family.

over all sudah cukup baik, namun memang ada kekurangan 1. Biaya parkir mahal karena tidak didaftarkan member dan regulasinya member hanya berlaku 1 unit 1 mobil. antisipasi bagi penyewa saran saya parkir di vallet,lokasinya jalan akan masuk mall dengan harga 35rb per hari. 2. Sebaiknya pemilik menyiapkan dispenser air galon,meskipun pemilik sudah menyiapkan air minum botolan,namun tidak efisien. antisipasinya kami harus beli atau masak air sendiri 3. alat masaknya tidak lengkap, alat masak menggunakan alat pemanas konduktor yang hanya support 1 panci.sehingga agak kerepotan jika kita mau masak dan bergantian.meskipun kita sudah bawa panci masak sendiri percuma juga tidak support dengan alatnya. sebaiknya disiapkan kompor listrik atau kompor gas. 4. alat penanak nasi tidak disediakan.antisipasinya bawa penanak nasi sendiri.

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder dort übernachten. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht unglaublich und die Ausstattung des Komplexes überragend. Besonders der Pool war einfach grandios. Mit Grab oder Taxi ist man schnell und günstig überall. Es gibt nette Cafés in der Umgebung und einen Supermarkt in der angrenzenden Mall, der viele europäische Produkte bietet. Rony hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Als der Wasserspender einmal leer war, haben wir innerhalb von 10 Minuten neues Wasser geliefert bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Our family had an incredible stay at Lucy's place. The space was spotless, very comfortable, perfect for big family. The location was fantastic—close to big Malls, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Lucy is very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a family staycation at West Jakarta.
