We had a great stay at Sanjiv's property during the India v England Test match. It was in an ideal location, 30 minutes walk from the stadium and with a open rooftop giving stunning views of the mountains and over Dharamshala - definitely pop up there around sunset! Sanjiv was a most friendly and responsive host (who speaks good English) and helped organise travel for me to go trekking at short notice when the cricket finished early. One minor point to be aware of - the GPS location pin on AirBnb wasn't accurate so I took a while to find the house. It's up a lane that leaves the main road to the right of Hotel Sajan / opposite 7 To 9 Needs.

right from the first interaction uncle was extremely humble and felt like family. the location of the Nazara house is just apt. mcleodganj is just 2.5kms and infact we were able to walk all the way. by bike it takes hardly 10 min. even dharamshala points like tea gardens, stadium, war museum and art museum, etc all reachable within 10 mins by bike. uncle was extremely proactive in everything. he also provided us with a very helpful maid. there is a shop right in front of the house with all essential things available. all 3 rooms had heaters and bathrooms had all the essentials. fresh bath towels were provided. snooker was a good time pass for the family. wifi internet was super fast. by far this is the best bnb in entire dharamshala.

The property boasts excellent amenities including a gated community and a well-equipped clubhouse featuring snooker, a gym, and table tennis facilities. These amenities added a lot of value to our stay, providing both relaxation and entertainment options. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to visiting again in the future. The host, Himanshu, deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with local itineraries and guiding us through the process of booking cabs to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, staying at this property was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and outstanding hospitality.

This place was wonderful. It was my first stop in India so the perfect place to settle in. It’s a short walk from McLeod Ganj and is surrounded by great amenities including a couple of great restaurants, a shop and a gym. The area is a great mix of Tibetan/Buddhist and Indian cultures. It’s wonderful! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. I was remote working so the work desk was ideal but trying to work without getting mesmerised by the view was hard 😂 The team couldn’t have done more for me including getting an Indian SIM card. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning and I can’t wait.

The apartment looked exactly the same as in photos, everything was right clean bathrooms, comfortable rooms, choice of books and board games for timepass and on the top of everything you could hear the river flowing nearby which is soothing at night. Host Surbhi is also a very nice person you don't feel like you are meeting her for the first time, she is very helpful. I recommend this place who wants to visit Dharamshala

Navjot has a really beautiful home. This stay just reminded me of my old times in Shimla. Didn't know I needed this slow life here so much until I did. This was also a very new experience for my husband which he absolutely loved. Navjot's place is all things rustic, a beautifully curated home, peaceful and away from all chaos. We are definitely going to miss this once we're back to city life. Homely meals by Anju didi are a plus one!

I was visiting Bir, in December 2022 to start my paragliding course. I must say that I made a really good choice to stay at Amrita's place. After a long day of paragliding training, this place absolutely felt like home for me and my friends. Peaceful, right weather, privacy, amenities, all my requirements were fulfilled personally. Has a vintage vibe to the house as our host told us that the place is about 103 years, very well-kept, and maintained. The kitchen and the rest of the place were very clean as well. I have already started recommending it to my friends. Also, not to forget about mentioning the top floor bathroom which is Huge and gives a view of the Billing Valley. 3-5 minutes away from the market to get all the necessary groceries and vegetables. Huge and well-functional kitchen to cook in as well. Plus Jimmy the dog made our experience playful. Thank you, Amrita for such an amazing stay and experience.

at a peaceful and beautiful location. best part is how spacious and beautiful the property is. we loved the swings 😍

It has the best views of the snowy peaks of the mountain, excellent location, located at top of Kanyal road, close to all tourist spots also! Though the roads are steep and narrow but any vehicle can reach there with ease. Host was responsive and matching our needs with the property. Though construction is going on, but it wasn’t much a disturbance for us. Perfect for smaller and larger groups also. Would recommend!

The place is absolutely serene and aesthetically pleasing from every corner. The caretaker, Babli is friendly and helpful. I genuinely had the BEST time.

דירה יפה ממש, מתאימה מאוד למשפחות מרווחת מאוד עם משחקים לילדים, נקיון יומי באיכות גבוהה. הכל כמו בתיאור והתקשורת עם אמיל הייתה מעולה. החיסרון היחיד היה שיש אזור ללא מעקה במדרגות וזה קצת מפחיד עם ילדים, בנוסף ביקשנו נייר טואלט כמה פעמים ולא קיבלנו.

I think the hosts and the beautifully thought of design are the high points of this place. You will immediately feel at home. The entire place opens up to the mountains. Bathing here is truly an experience :) the indoor as well as outdoor. Himanshu and Sangeeta are just too thoughtful. They’ve even stored tiny tucks so that you never go hungry. Having said that they also serve the most delicious home made food.. Take a bow H & S. you truly have been one of the best hosts I’ve come across :) lots of love

Private place, a lot of peace, needs long walking

We had a very pleasant stay with Chandaniji. The location of the home is spot on, just 100 steps from Hadimba devi temple. We will definetaly come back here in future.

This is a spacious, sunlit apartment with 2 nice rooms, good beds, a functional kitchen and bathroom. There is no shower; bucket method only. Namita is a responsive hostess, nice as can be. She responds quickly and handles whatever needed. Plus, she is the best chef in Himachal Pradesh. The location is decent, a grocery store across the street and walking distance to other basics. Kotvali Bazaar and McLeodgage are accessible. I will stay here again when I return to Dharamshala.
