Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

Parish House is a beautiful, very well-equipped home that was a perfect retreat for our extended family getaway. It has multiple well-furnished rooms that accommodated our group of 13 (ranging from 69 to 3 years old) easily, in comfort and luxury. We were amazed and impressed by the fully stocked kitchen (both in terms of appliances & groceries) and the 3 fridges were such a massive bonus. Melissa is an attentive, kind and responsive host who went over & beyond by ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with the kids and the pizza oven a firm favorite with the foodies in our group. The neighborhood was quiet and kid-friendly with cycling/walking paths that provided a lovely morning activity for us all. We would love to return to Parish House and look forward to that day!

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

We loved this space! I visited Auckland with a few friends and needed a larger space close to restaurants. This property was perfect for that purpose; modern and fun and the hot tube is a great amenity. We loved it! Very close to lots of great restaurants.

The property is absolutely stunning as is the view. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Very peaceful and quiet, would love to stay there again.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

The apartment is well situated within walking distance to shops and Takapuna beach. The apartment is in a large complex, safe, secure and with excellent facilities. The apartment is newly furnished and decorated in immaculate condition. We enjoyed our stay.

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Great host, clear instructions, respond to questions fast. Apartment was clean, cozy, spacious with excellent views! We, a family with 4 adults enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was just what we needed. spacous, clean, tidy and close to the town centre.

Hassan was so welcoming. We showed up earlier than expected from the airport and Hassan allowed us a place to drop our bags as we waited for the room to be ready for us. He gave us great recommendations for food and places to get settled in. We felt very comfortable right away and would definitely stay here again for the ease of moving around the city centre.

The hospitality we received was outstanding, as we booked with only 24hrs notice, location was exactly what we wanted with views to die for had a awesome time here. Thanks would definitely book again.
