Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

It was a really lovely little flat and was perfect for my daughter and I as a base to explore Leamington.

Für unsere Ferien war die Wohnung perfekt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben je ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Und es hatte immer einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

its easy off the M5 but you need a car or taxi to get around. However these shops close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

The flat was very clean, comfy and beautiful, it had shops around where we could easily get what we needed. We had a good time and I’ll recommend this to anyone

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious flat in a great location (historic and pretty but with good transport to the city centre). Dawn was a very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay here again in future - highly recommended.

Beautiful house and apartment with gorgeous view over the garden. Quiet and perfect for a romantic weekend away. Clare was very nice and responsive and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Our toddler loved it too and we can recommend the place for families.

Martin’s place was great near the zoo and castle where we were heading. Martin was a great host very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Would stay again as didn’t have time to do everything.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattresses felt pretty worn in the middle and in need of changing. Otherwise everything was perfect! Gym, spa and pool are amazing and accessible for most of the day and evening.

Amazing place and a great stay. Host was very helpful and communication was brilliant. Easy to check in, was even offered early check in as a gift. Only issue was that we didn't get the champagne which we paid extra for, but was explained as they had an issue with their cleaners so refunded us along with the deposit which was quickly paid shortly after check out. Would definately stay again 5/5

Very good stay at an exceptional apartment

Jay had went above and beyond in being hospitable. From including little things like drinks, crisps and chocolates he was an excellent host. The property itself was exactly as described fitted out to a high standard. Finding parking in that part of town is never easy however the property came with parking that was easily accessible and not impossible to park in. To summarise I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone.
