Dom położony w spokojnej okolicy, gdzie nie słychać samolotów ani miejskiego zgiełku, to prawdziwa oaza relaksu. Cisza, prywatność i piękne otoczenie sprawiają, że można tu w pełni odpocząć. Budynek jest zadbany i estetyczny, idealnie wpisujący się w charakter okolicy. Zarówno wnętrze, jak i otoczenie domu sprzyjają wyciszeniu i ucieczce od codziennych obowiązków. La bella casa è il frutto di una sapiente ristrutturazione di una torre millenaria, in posizione centralissima, nel cuore storico di Giovinazzo, a pochi metri dal mare, arredata con grande gusto, ricca di accessori, silenziosissima, con un gradevole terrazzo. Großes Grundstück um das Haus. Ideal im heißen Sommer, da es viele schattenspendende Bäume gibt. Zwei große Terrassen, eine vor und eine hinter dem Haus. Ausgestattet mit zwei Gartenliegen, Loungemöbeln und einem großen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Daher ideal für Familien mit Kindern und ideal für Leute mit Hunden. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und geräumig. Parken auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls möglich.

We've enjoyed our stay. It's in short walking distance to the centre and old town but has not so much buzz around it. You can find a good café just a few meters away. The ocean is just outside. perfect. the hostess is very friendly and quick to respond. would recommend

We had a great stay at Lucia’s place. Exactly as advertised. Always responsive very communicative. Checked on us through our stay asking if we needed anything. The apt itself beautiful with lots of space even for California standards ! The beds were very comfortable! The apt was clean I was very happy with the whole thing! We will definitely stay again as we have family there. Thank you so much!!

Super location in a lovely, clean, lively old town. Numerous restaurants within very easy walking distance which is a big plus as the apartment is not really set up to prepare meals. The apartment is a combo of modern decor with the very old attributes left intact. Space is large enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The little balcony is just above a boat launch and few meters from an area where you can sit and view the sea. Until you want to explore nearby cities like Bari or Monopoli, it is best to just park your car and forget it. The old town streets are definitely for strolling, not driving. All the neighbors know each other and sit outdoors and chat. Cleanest old town area I have visited. The only issue is that there is one a/c unit located in the downstairs living room and both bedrooms are upstairs and windowless. The fan helped but it was quite warm for sleeping during our stay and it must be rough during July and August or a heat wave.

Salvatore est réactif et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Son logement est situé en centre ville à proximité de la cathédrale et du port. Il se situe au calme dans une petite ruelle piétonne. Le logement est impeccable. Merci pour tout Salvatore !

Schöne historische Palastwohnung mit einem Restaurant direkt Parterre. Die Altstadt konnte man toll zu Fuß erkunden. Sehr lebhafte Umgebung

Wir waren 6 Nächte bei Maria. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem Grundstück parken. Benutzt haben wir es nur für längere Ausflüge. Vor Ort waren alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in 400 -500 Meter Entfernung. Die schöne Terrasse mit den Liegestühlen haben wir täglich genossen. Wenn die Nachmittagssonne zu warm wurde konnte man zusätzlich Markiesen herunterkurbeln. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig. Im rückwärtig liegenden Schlafzimmer hat man Morgensonne und es ist schön ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Już od pierwszej chwili czułyśmy się jak w domu. Niesamowity klimat, cudowny kontakt z gospodarzami (niezwykle uprzejmymi), przepiękne miasteczko. Wybór noclegu nie mógł być lepszy, a rzeczywistość przerosła nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania! Zdjęcia nie oddają w stu procentach tego, jak wspaniałe jest to miejsce. Wszystko w środku czyste i przygotowane idealnie na przyjazd gości. Na pewno jest to miejsce z duszą. Dziękujemy za życzliwe przyjęcie i mamy nadzieję - do zobaczenia!

Eine sehr schöne ländliche Villa. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel.Die Küche beinhaltet alles,was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin beinhaltet einen großen Tisch und bequeme Stühle. Im Garten wachsen viele Obstbäume. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut geeignet für Menschen,die mit ihren Hunden reisen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufig und mit einem guten Zaun gesichert. Das ist sehr wichtig,wenn Sie mal ohne Hunde einen Ausflug machen wollen. Es gibt einen echten Pizzaofen auf der Terrasse und einen soliden Grill. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Majestätische Olivenhaine. Wunderschön! Rosy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr,sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft vom ganzen Herzen. Es ist auch der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die interessantesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Apuliens zu besuchen. Danke Rosy und bis September 😊☀️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Eliseo est disponible, il nous a conseillé plusieurs restaurants et des glaciers. L’huile d’olive de sa propriété est vraiment très bonne. La grande maison est agréable, bien équipée, le jardin fleuri est magnifique . Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.

Abbiamo soggiornato un questa villa durante la settimana di Ferragosto. Dopo un anno intenso di lavoro, avevamo bisogno di un posto tranquillo in cui poter riprendere le energie e stare insieme alle nostre figlie. Beh, Villa Rita è stata per noi esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Villa incantevole, spaziosa, curata nei dettagli, con elementi d'arredo di qualità, lenzuola ricamate, comfort di ogni genere e una piscina pulita e grande da cui è stato molto difficile stare fuori. Claudia è stata un host sempre disponibile durante e dopo la prenotazione per consigli o informazioni utili e il padre, ha avuto modo di prendersi cura di noi e della villa in maniera discreta ed educata. Una bolla meravigliosa al profumo di agrumi. Impossibile non ritornarci.

Maria is a very attentive and warm-hearted host. Each morning, we were spoiled with a generous breakfast featuring delicious homemade pastries – she’s an excellent baker. The house is located in a peaceful area and is impeccably clean. She has three sweet dogs and a cat, which add to the welcoming atmosphere. Trani is a beautiful city to explore. Unfortunately, in early April it was still too cold to use the pool.

The house is well-designed, insulated and constructed - a rarity in Puglia. It is a clean, simple cube that keeps the heat outside. Everything works, including the excellent shower, the air-conditioning and the kitchen. Sabino is always available to help with everything. There is a pleasant garden with fruit trees. It is very peaceful. This part of Puglia is fairly non-descript, with millions of olive trees and not much else. You can buy groceries and pizza in the nearby village of Mariotto, but walking there can be hairy due to cars whizzing by at 100km an hour! So, really you need to drive everywhere.
