This was a perfect place for a nice quiet weekend getaway after my mom passing. View is amazing and you are surrounded with pine trees. Saw a herd of deer right down the road during our stay. House is immaculate and would highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this AirBnB. We have never seen a listing that was so well equipped--the hosts literally thought of everything. They were also very friendly and responsive. They even shoveled the walkway for us after it snowed the day before. All the games, the movie room, hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful location make this a top notch place to stay--highly recommend!

We stayed for a nearby wedding and the house was so beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay and Ashley was very nice and accommodating to our schedule.

Our family had a wonderful time at the rental. Ms. Jacquie was super awesome, with great communication throughout our trip. Would recommend to anyone 😀

I loved the stay and how quiet on some days it was. downstairs neighbors was a little loud and something I didn’t like was the front door of the top apartment has an opening on the bottom which I covered with blanket at night. Also the shower head wasn’t the best and lastly the control of the heater /A/C was controlled by downstairs which was a bummer because I was cold a couple of nights. But over all everything else was great love the view of the mountains and everything is so close of a drive. Thank you for the hospitality blessings.

Darcie and Ryan created a great AirBnB experience. They were responsive and accommodating, and always friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and clean, which can sometimes be challenging in a carriage house/alley set-up. My family loved walking to some local parks and playgrounds. For a one-night, quick trip, it was easy breezy. Next time we’re in the Springs, we’ll definitely stay at here!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location near the Air Force Academy was perfect—just a short drive away, which made it very convenient for visiting the campus and attending events. The neighborhood was peaceful and had great views of the mountains, which added to the experience. We also enjoyed hiking the many trails across the street. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like local recommendations and a welcome basket. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area—would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and in a great location. John was very responsive, helpful, and kind. You could easily forget that two adults and two dogs are upstairs. All in all a great spot for my family plus our 🐕. No complaints here🫡

This place is a true gem! Very convenient location. Great neighborhood to walk in. Great bed and very quiet. All in all, even better than we expected.

The view was BEAUTIFUL walking up to Micah’s place. We had so much fun with the pool table and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Megan’s place was perfect for 3 adults for a 3 day visit at USAFA. She was very friendly ahead of time, giving us recommendations and tips. The place is beautiful inside and out with a gorgeous view of Pike’s Peak. She was very fast and responsive and perfect with communication. It felt like we were staying with a friend. We hope to stay again sometime!

The best stay me and my husband have ever had. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Both Host's were amazing with communication which we loved. We will definitely be booking again!

Great deal on a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The hot tub was perfect and we really enjoyed the privacy with the tent around it. Olga was a friendly host, we highly recommend her. Excellent hospitality!

This was pir second stay at Shelley's place. We felt right at home. She was so gracious to open up her space to us in her off season. Visiting family in the area, this gave us a space to relax and to recharge. The space was just as we remembered. Convenient to sights, restaurants, and family. Shelley's place will always be our first choice when visiting Colorado Springs!

My wife and I really enjoyed this place, we highly recommend it. The place was really clean and it had everything we need it. We will definitely stay here again.

Donna‘s place is exactly as described! The accommodations were perfect for our stay. The unit was very clean and Donna communicated very well. We definitely plan to stay with her again in the future if availability allows. Definitely a good pick!

Fantastic stay, great hosts, great location close to down town. I stayed in CO springs previously at a different stay and was not excited with the surroundings and safety of my vehicle, the cleanliness of the home, Julie’s Place completely erased any bad notions of staying in CO springs. Great time thank you Julie and Brian.

Everything with the stay was great. Michelle's instructions and information were helpful, she also checked in to ensure everything was ok. The backyard has a wonderful view of the Rockies. Would certainly stay here again.

We were one mom and two teenagers in town to do the zoo and wolf conservation center. We arrived late in the evening which Jacilyn accommodated with no issues whatsoever. Super simple to find and easy to get in. We slept well both nights. You can definitely hear feet (human & dog) from the floor above but it did not bother us one iota and also helped me relax a bit about my two teens occasionally being too loud. :) Everything was clean and easy to find/use. Kitty Kate was super sweet and did try her darndest to convince us to let her in (which one teen would have gleefully allowed had the host's instructions not explicitly not allowed.) I wish we had time to see the mini-donkeys but we did enjoy hearing them (and maybe some nearby horses too.) Location was convenient to get food and go to the zoo, etc. Because of our itinerary, knew we would not spend much time at the Air BnB so did not want to spend a ton of $$$. This was perfect for what we needed!

We loved our stay here! We were in the process of moving to the area and it was the perfect place to land while we scoped out the area and found a house. Rachael and Daron are super kind and helpful with great local recommendations and even lent us sleds for the kids to use when a huge snow storm came through! Also, the pellet stove was super cozy on the cold mornings. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and would recommend this place to anyone.
