Super séjour. Logement magnifique ! Situation en bord de plage avec accès de l’appartement directe a la superbe piscine. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements et salle de bain avec wc. Les propriétaires répondent aux questions très rapidement et fournissent des informations pour le sejour : adresse excursions, taxis et alimentation. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.

Great location, parking spot and beautiful garden. Quiet and peaceful, the only sound in the morning are birds singing. Yuvna and Ahmad are amazing hosts, very friendly, helpful and kind, full of amazing stories and advices. It felt just like home!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, nah zum Strand. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Besonders angetan waren wir unter anderem vom Wasserspender. Für selbstverpfleger perfekt ausgestattet.

There is a gas bbq sofa and sun lounges A supermarket 5 mins away that has everything you will need And 2 restaurants across the street- highly recommend the Chinese restaurant- food is fantastic! You will feel safe at this lovely home - with 24hrs security - direct access to the beach which is great for an after dinner walk. The pool area is lovely too There are 18 apts in the complex occupied by either couples or families So if peace, quiet and a friendly environment is what you looking for- this is a piece of paradise! My partner and I can’t wait to go back 100% recommend!

Отличное жилье. Нам с мужем все понравилось, в квартире было все, начиная от микроволновки и заканчивая стиральной машиной, также был балкон, на котором можно встречать закат) Есть своя подземная парковка со своим парковочным местом, машина всегда под крышей и в ней не жарко. Единственное, немного разочаровал нас бассейн, на фотках он казался большим, по факту маленький и с мутной водой, также он не глубокий , плавать в нем было невозможно, ну это не минус хозяина, а скорее всего застройщик данного проекта так спроектировал) Хозяин классный, родители его нас встретили хорошо, все объяснили, рекомендую 👍👍👍

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war ein Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen, und die Lage direkt neben dem schönen Strand war perfekt. Man hat vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat. Besonders positiv war Yulia, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war und uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen unterstützt hat. Somit ist es eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen können.

Arrivé avec du retard à cause du cyclone, l’agence nous a très bien encadré et pris soin de nous écrire souvent , arrivé sur les lieux au top belle maison , on a aperçu les propriétaires très discret très gentils avec nos quelques échanges car souvent en vadrouille , appartement très bien équipé à 15 min à pied du centre de flic en flac , résidence très sécurisé merci pour tout j’ai vraiment aucun point négatif à écrire . Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und auch Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in einen gepflegten Innenhof mit einem großen Mangobaum und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Bra och rymlig lägenhet. Lugnt och stilla, inga störande ljud. Vi hade en härlig vecka när vi bodde här. Lagom gångavstånd till en underbar strand. Super att ha stranden så nära med två små barn som älskar att bada. Liten men bra supermarket i samma byggnad vilket var bra. Hade önskat lite bättre utbud av grytor och stekjärn men i övrigt ett toppenboende för att utforska denna delen av Mauritius. Nära till busshållplatsen också!

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été impressionné par la propreté et le soin apporté au logement . Le logement est non seulement spacieux, mais il est également équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain pratique. L’atmosphère du logement est chaleureuse et accueillante. Les hôtes ont fait un travail remarquable pour créer un espace où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Leur disponibilité et leur réactivité pour répondre aux questions ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Au regard des prestations offertes, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Pour un logement de cette qualité dans un emplacement aussi central, je considère que c’est une véritable aubaine. En résumé, je ne peux que recommander ce logement a celui qui cherche une expérience mémorable. Cet endroit saura répondre à toutes vos attentes. Je suis déjà impatient d’y retourner Merci à Tanya et Dean vous êtes exceptionnels ❤️

I stayed 14-21 February. It is a bright spacious and very clean modern flat. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It is easy to get to the coast and plenty of dive shops. I found the process and locks for entry and exit a little tricky but it became easier with practice

Très bon emplacement dans quartier résidentiel à 10min de la plage, distributeur de billet, supermarché (Jumbo), restaurants, bars, boutiques de souvenirs, excursions. Le marchand de fruits et légumes est à moins de 2min, produits de qualité. Flic en Flac est un très bon endroits pour partir au nord, au sud ou à l’est. Les parcs nationaux sont proches en voiture. L’île Maurice est une île à visiter dans le détail pour comprendre sa richesse (culture, culinaire, paysage). Kuzagen a toujours été présent pour répondre à nos questions. Merci. L’appartement est propre, le balcon terrasse filant est parfait pour les repas du matin comme du soir avec vue sur la mer et ses environs. La machine lavé le linge marche bien (programmes avec temperatures et délicat si besoin) et est sur la terrasse (c’est normal à l’île Maurice). L’eau chaude est présente dans les douches. Une piscine commune à l’immeuble, avec une belle vue à 360, est sur le toit terrasse facilement accessible.

The apartment was modern, clean, quiet with a clean pool attached to the apartment with a nice tiny porch and a garden facing the street. walking distance to pereybere beach and 3mins drive to Grand baie SuperU. Some great restaurants close to the apartment. Valerie has been an amazing host, she made sure everything was okay when we arrived, very responsive and send clear instructions to check in etc. I would definitely recommend staying at Valerie's accomodation.

We had an absolute wonderful time at this penthouse, right at the beach. Location: The east side of Mauritius was stunning beautiful. Weather: We were at the end of February. Almost always sunny. Sometimes a brief period of tropical rain. We found that very refreshing. Quiet: we only heard tropical birds from the apartment. It was absolutely quiet. Apartment: The most stunning holiday home I have ever been. Spacious, stylush decorated. The terrace was enormous with a breath taking view. Clean: The apartment was spotless. Cleaning lady comes daily except for Sunday. She really respected our privacy. To do: There is much to do on Mauritius. The nearby resorts offer beautiful restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just make a reservation. There is also a private cook (very affordable), but we did not make use of it. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is shared, but practically it is private as it only used a few times a day by other residents. Host: Very kind and responsive.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Eine sehr großzügige Terrasse mit Whirlpool, nur wenig Schatten, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden und ein Bäcker ist gleich unten im Haus. Gute Anbindung zu den Stränden Tamarin, Le Morne und Flicenflac.

Pascal’s penthouse apartment is a beautiful home from home. Very spacious with a beautiful terrace with a plunge pool and sauna. Plenty of extras like toiletries; beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels, beach towels, welcome food pack, washing powder for clothes. The neighbour Koko cooks lovely Thai food that she will deliver on plates. It is a well kept apartment and clearly loved apartment and used by the owners themselves, which always makes a difference to the feel of an Airbnb. You can walk to the beach and to the restaurants but I would recommend a car to see the rest of the island. There is safe parking at the apartment. Saturday’s and Sundays at the beach are busy with locals but a fabulous experience to go and enjoy the sunsets on the beach and see how the Mauritians live. Recommend beach shoes as all of Mauritius has a lot of dead coral that washes up on the shoreline.

Très bel appartement au premier étage d'une maison, très généreux en espaces et en aménagements ! L'appartement est situé dans un lieu résidentiel, non-touristique, ce qui lui donne plus d'intérêt et permet d'être en contact direct avec les habitants locaux de la Pointe aux Sables (Port Louis). Le logement est néanmoins proche du centre-ville et des lieux plus touristiques (Port, Caudan, Marché Central, Musées...). Ambiance très spontanée, chaleureuse, festive lors du réveillon du nouvel an et le jour de l'an. Communication facile avec les voisins. En plus de la terrasse qui offre une très belle vue sur la mer et sur la ville, nous avons adoré cet environnement, cette générosité d'aménagement et de confort (grand séjour, espace de travail lumineux, 3 chambres, terrasse au dernier étage) qui nous a fait nous sentir réellement comme chez nous, à la maison. Un grand merci à Florian de nous avoir permis ce séjour inoubliable à l'Île Maurice.

Notre séjour a été idyllique! Accueil plein de gentillesse, appartement très joli, pareil pour le jardin et la piscine. La plage publique est très proche, il y a beaucoup de petits commerces, restaurants, possibilités d’excursions… Nous avons adoré, et nous espérons revenir. Sophie et Frank

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen bei Roy, 3min zu Fuß ist einer der schönsten Strandabschnitte der Insel. Toll zum Schnorcheln. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Die Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Roy hat immer schnell und freundlich bei allem geholfen. Wir haben auch von dort gearbeitet, was mit dem WLAN gut funktioniert hat. Es gab allerdings ein paar Baustellen um das Haus herum, das würde ich vorher abklären. Ich empfehle in jedem Fall ein Auto, um auch gute Supermärkte & Restaurants gut zu erreichen.
