We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and very big, perfect for 5 people. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and accommodating. He sent us all the necessary information in good time and was always available. If you had any questions you could always write to him and he helped you. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on how best to get around and what was nearby. We can only recommend the apartment 👍🏻 Thank you very much

Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

Мы снимали квартиру Ираклия более чем пол года. За это время мы много раз общались с Ираклием и убедились что он человек на которого можно смело положиться. Ираклий всегда был очень отзывчивым и шел нам на встречу. Квартира хорошо расположена - в непосредственной близости располагаются множество магазинов и кафе. До моря можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника - все исправно работает. Квартира оснащена индивидуальным отопление и кондиционером. Квартира чистая и удобная. Горячо рекомендуем останавливаться у Ираклия.

Хорошая студия со всем необходимым. Я жила в ней почти месяц. Есть посуда (очень порадовало наличие френчпресса), сменное постельное бельё, несколько полотенец, сушилка. Техника в исправном состоянии (большой холодильник, стиральная машина, фен, утюг). Есть телевизор, но довольно бесполезный. Кровать большая, матрас отличный. Заселение легкое, просто забрала ключ карту на ресепшн, при выселении отставила там же. Общение с хозяевами через чат, отвечали всегда быстро и были готовы помочь. Минусы для меня: электричество работает при вставленной ключ карте, когда уходишь, остается включенным только холодильник, телефон/лэптоп не зарядишь. Территория вокруг еще частично огорожена, идет стройка. Дом в туристическом районе, вокруг много кафе с музыкой допоздна, движуха на набережной, при закрытом балконе слышно, но мне помогали беруши. Я слышала отзывы об очередях к лифтам, за месяц было пару раз всего, что ждала лифт минут 5. Но может просто не пользовалась ими в часы пик

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

Заселение произошло без проблем, Khatia за несколько дней написала и уточнила приедем ли мы. В день заезда хозяйка дала четкие указания по заселению. По любому вопросу оперативно получали ответ. При выезде нам пошли на уступки и разрешили съехать в удобное время. Спасибо большое, рекомендуем данное жильё.

Уникално място! Всичко от описанието и снимките отговаря на действителността. Чудесен избор за семейства с деца! Домакинът е страхотен, за каквото и да го потърсихме, винаги се отзоваваше на мига, за което сме много благодарни! Определено бих препоръчала на всеки!

Amazing host and a great apartment with an amazing terrace and view! We and our senior cat Gizmo enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was super close too and the neighbourhood was calm and relaxed. We'd definitely choose staying here again!

Посчастливилось нам найти эту чудесную квартиру! Путешествовали двумя семьями: четверо взрослых и трое детей. Все прекрасно разместились, до моря 10мин пешком, до центра тоже прогуляться минут 15! Сама квартира очень красивая, обустроена со вкусом и душой! Большая кухня - столовая, большой балкон - вообще находка, тут мы проводили вечера! Огромная благодарность радушным хозяевам! Приедем ещё!

Great location and nice stay for a small group! The apartment actually had only 1 private room as the “second” bedroom was the common area that you had to go through.

Great place, good location. Nice and calm neigbourhood. Stayed there, because was the closests and the best apartment apparently, through all the other which are close to the airport. So if anyone needs to stay for the night in Varna and look for the closest apartment next to the airport, that’s your place!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that

Great location close to the park and the beach. A bit old, but clean and very cozy, it felt like at home right away. The small things that matter: cute plates and towels in the kitchen, slippers to walk around the house, food containers in the fridge and a comfortable mattress
