Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

O locatie super frumoasa, foarte curata, foarte bine intretinuta si linistita! De asemenea, cu o priveliste frumoasa a orasului. Gazda a fost amabila si prietenoasa si ne-a oferit toate detaliile necesare si, in special, a fost mereu prompta in a comunica. Cu siguranta revenim cu drag!!

The apartment was spotless clean and just as described. It has such beautiful city and sea views. Bed was very comfortable. Street where the building is located is very busy. But beach boulevard, shopping malls and lots of restaurants and shops are just few minutes walk away. The building is huge with hundreds and hundreds of apartments. And only 4-5 working elevators. Sometimes you had to wait for the elevaror quite long times. This is not ofc Egle's fault. Communication with Egle was easy. Thank you!

Murat's place is amazing! It has everything you need, everything is new and clean! Murat is very considerate and reliable, and communication with him is very smooth. The room is on the corner, so it is very quiet and comfortable. Highly recomended:)

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

Great location and easy to reach to the closest attractions by foot. Very clean place and easy to check-in

we stayed here for a week and couldn't be happier. We had our 10month old daughter with us and Simeon provided us with travel cot and also high chair. it was so good other places I been to using airbnb haven't provided this kind of things. The place was very nice inside clean and modern, every room had air conditioning which was amazing as it's been so hot these days. Two bathrooms with showers were amazing also baby bath included!! again amazing we were so happy with this! The location of the apartment was in the perfect place, we were literally 5 minutes walk from Hotel Bulgaria, and from there you have all the shops and all restaurants. and we were about 15 min walk to the beach. Parking was provided about 5 min from the apartment. which wasn't too bad. it was great to be offered considering it's very busy there and in the town it's very difficult to actually find parking. Also just bare in mind the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. It was def worth it!

Great location and nice stay for a small group! The apartment actually had only 1 private room as the “second” bedroom was the common area that you had to go through.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville. Ferat est disponible et flexible par rapport aux heures d'arrivée et de départ. l'appartement est bien équipé, et la terrasse est agréable.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer tollen Einrichtung. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral, 6 min zu Galata Kulesi, 2 min zu Sishane Metro und auch 1 min zu einer Hauptstraße, wo es viele Restaurants gab. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten mal Probleme mit der Haustür, konnten diese nicht aufschließen. Nachdem wir dem Host geschrieben haben war innerhalb 1 min jemand vor Ort und hat uns geholfen. Es gibt in der Nähe Getränkeshops die 24 Stunden geöffnet sind. Sehr schön, ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that
