Great accommodation, lovely and clean, beds nice and comfy and everything that we wanted was in the house. Eddie answered emails very quickly we would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Oak House. Andrew and Anne sent welcome messages before we arrived so we felt prepared and excited for the trip. The lock box worked well for self check in. The house was homely and comfortable and just as shown on the pictures. The kitchen was really well equipped and the dining table overlooking the garden was nice. The beds were comfy and the house was really clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this property and would also recommend Andrew and Anne as hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Paul’s place! Looked exactly like the photos and the location was perfect for what we needed as a group. Plenty of space and bathroom and kitchen were spotless! Thank you for the flexible checkout time too.

What an amazing time we had at this Air BnB. So lovely and clean and it had great facilities 💖 We loved the events room and everyone had such a great time. Would definitely recommend this AirBnb to anyone wanting to stay near Manchester.

Carrie's place is homely, clean and comfortable with nice little touches. She is very responsive and helpful and clear with messages. would highly recommend Carrie's place if anyone needed a place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Aania’s beautiful home, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The space itself is even more stunning in person—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was ideal, in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to City centre with easily accessible transportation. The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, by being incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a place close to the city centre and a, relaxing getaway with exceptional hospitality, this is the place for you. I can’t wait to return!!

The caravan was in perfect condition, everything was easy to find and use and a great place to stay for a trip to Morecambe or Lancaster!

Easy to locate, but couldn’t find the reception to check in, maybe worth putting a big sign up. Once checked in at the pub/restaurant, which was lovely inside and had an outdoor seating area, where there was 3 deers wandering around, the staff were very welcoming and friendly On entering the estate it was clean, tidy, well spaced out and inviting. Our lodge was easy to find and could park right outside the door, making unloading the car a joy. The lodge was clean, spacious, warm when needed, well equipped, tastefully decorated, bath and shower in bedroom, we loved it. The hot tub was out of this world, it wasn’t warm, but hot! And the jets were powerful. I was floating around not a care in the world watching so many stars, as there’s no light pollution. If you’re going to eat at the restaurant, please go well before 7pm, as it closes Very early and we missed out. All in all, we would most definitely go back, for the lodge, hot tub, peacocks, deers, peacefulness and location.

beautiful place, so comfy and clean. really enjoyed our stay here. we booked treatments at the center on site too which were great. We were not a fan of the restaurant on the grounds but lots of places nearby to go to eat. would go again.

Absolutely beautiful stay at Denise lodge. We’ve been to the site a few times before, but Denise lodge by the far most cosy we have been to. Absolutely immaculate, and so homely. Already planning our next trip. Thanks Denise xx

Can’t put into words how much of a lovely night we had! Me, my wife and our little dog Margot came up for one night as an early birthday celebration! We spent the day exploring Morecambe, playing on the beach and then came back to check into the caravan! It was absolutely spotless, everything you could’ve ever wanted was already thought of and put in the caravan to make your holiday easier! We played board games all night provided by the host! Watched Netflix and just had such a relaxing time! We can’t fault anything! It was so welcoming to our little dog Margot too! It came with treats, toys and a throw for the couch! Thankyou so much for such a perfect stay we will 1000% be back again x

Lovely stay. Accommodation was clean and better than pictures. You are located directly outside the little pond with lots of ducks. We very much appreciated the duck food that was left for us to feed them. Sun rises right over the terrace area to enjoy the morning sun. Second bedroom is small but perfectly adequate as you are not in the room for more than sleeping and getting changed. Shower was hot with great pressure. Communication was speedy and friendly. Appreciated flexible check in / out time.

It was incredible!!! Stunning views, our stay could not have been any better. We all had a wonderful holiday. Pool, hot tub, tree house, lots of space for children to run and play football. Just fantastic. Thank you to Alan for coming to our aid when we put key into wrong door & got it stuck. Thank you David for everything!!!!

Had a fantastic stay in this lodge. Location was amazing lots to do locally. Hosts were very observant helped in anyway. Lodge was spotless and everything you need. Will definitely be back.

We had booked our stay at this cottage for four weeks and we can honestly say we had everything we needed without bringing everything from home. Ample supplies of fresh bedding and towels and an extremely well equipped kitchen including air fryer, hand blender, lovely set of pans, double Oven, all kitchen essentials at our fingertips. Not only were bathroom toiletries provided but kitchen essentials such as fairy liquid, surface cleaners, cloths, towels and so on and to arrive to bread, milk, tea coffee and sugar on a late arrival was just a lovely touch. Just super, we do not have a negative thing to say. Waking up to a beautiful view and a sheep at your fence each morning was just wonderful. I would highly recommend this accommodation to all age groups. Great for walking and close to good local amenities. Denise is quick to respond to communications and ever so friendly and most helpful. The pictures of this cottage don’t reflect the true beauty of the house and area.

Definitely will be making a come back!! The place is stunning , the beds are unbelievably comfortable me and my boyfriend had the best sleep and the staff were very welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone

Great place and secluded location close to home. A little bit of paradise with all the amenities!

Lovely Old Home 10mins drive from the center or Blackburn and a Great base for exploring the Countryside. Stayed here while vising family over Christmas. The House is an older property and has a few scars and dings here n there. But in some ways that only adds to the Charm and we immediately felt at home there. Feels 'Lived in' unlike some places that are very cold and clinical. Not this place. Great Kitchen with everything you could want. Washing machine / Dryer & a Great TV. Lovely furniture, Huge comfy sofa / chairs. Great internet and amazing views. 4 mins walk to a train station which will take you almost anywhere (We went to watch a show in Manchester City Centre). Walking distance to pubs and Grocery stores. The Lady next door stopped by to say hello and was very friendly. Host (Alexandra) very responsive and helped us with a little issue we had very quickly. So glad we found this place and had a great stay. 5 stars from me ! Thank you so much!

The hosts were extremely welcoming, the lodge was very modern and was spotless, the bar on site was a great addition to the site. The hot tub was fantastic but would have been handy to have shelter over it so we can use it when it is raining. But I would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious trip away. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The Loft is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It has many great touches, and the view is the icing on the cake. Would recommend.

We stayed for a few weeks with family whilst sorting out things after a bereavement. Great location, handy for the motorway and plenty of shoos, pubs and takeaways. We would recommend the house.
