I didn't really want to write a review as i don't want too many people knowing about this place:) exactly as described, it has everything that you need, everything was clean, 2 toilets which accommodated our family, it truly is a home away from home

Hosts very responsive communicating we're kind enough to let us check in early to accommodate function house was beautiful ideal for family group

The house is clean, spaceous and well equiped. It is well located and can easily walk to the town centre. Mike is friendly and quickly response to my queries when checked in. The only complain is the weather.

Spent a week in this charming boutique BnB with family over Christmas. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked with quality appliances. The complimentary wine, milk and water was much appreciated ❤️ The Bedrooms were made up beautifully and the house was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect being a 1 min walk to river walk and cafes and 5 min drive to plaza or cafes and restaurants. The back patio was perfect spot for morning breakfast and very inviting with plants and fairy lights The media room was super comfortable with reclining lounges and cinema Tv and you could close it off for privacy. The house also had ducted air conditioning which was a blessing during hot summer days . I would definitely recommend staying here , it was a cute BnB, , both private , clean and peaceful and our hosts were lovely. Thank you !

Nad and Andy are wonderful hosts; communication was clear and super quick and even when we left something behind, they handled it with such great care. Their house really is incredible: super clean and neat, cozy but still private (even when you are with a big group) and the views are just magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!

Cate's place is gorgeous and private. there are amazing views from each of the rooms and the deck is beautifully nestled in the trees. Cate was also very flexible with the checkout time so we didn't have to rush when leaving. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere with treetop views and a quiet neighbourhood.

What Dan has captured with this place is nothing short of amazing. From the spa that reveals itself as the deck slides back, to the spacious feel of the inside that is grand yet cozy. Better than the photos and Dan was a great host. Local area is great too with cafes and shops. If you’re thinking about it… do yourself a favour - just book it (and for longer than you’re planning!)

We had a great family birthday celebration at the house with ages from 72 to 7 years . The weekend was extremely wet and the house was dry and comfortable. We enjoyed the space and large kitchen table for UNO! Remember to bring your supplies with you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holley House, the location was a perfect base for us to explore the surrounding areas around Leura. Lynn and Steve were great hosts and we highly recommend Holley House as your next place to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains.

Classy and Tranquil! Dear Noelene & Kerry! Thank you for allowing us to share this magnificent apartment. It truly was everything and more. We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place and notwithstanding enjoying the picturesque and landscaped gardens. It was a please meeting you both and of course little Minxie.. The daily homemade breakfast goodies were just divine and very different to that experienced at other locations. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning when we can. You both are great hosts that have been very accommodating and certainly you make your guests feel welcome and at home from the beginning through to the end... a heartfelt thanks! Francis & Sonja xx

Denise was the consummate host, friendly and a wealth of helpful suggestions. If you’re not familiar with the area, I highly recommend her advice. The place was cosy and perfect for our weekend away.

Danni's place was clean, cosy and beautiful decorated. It was perfect for us, as we were in Katoomba for a conference at the convention centre. Would definitely recommend, and consider staying here again for another conference.

Great place in Katoomba. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Really close to beautiful view points, just up and down the street and in walking distance. Josh had really great recommendations for local activities and hikes, which helped us make the most of our time in the Blue Mountains. After we forgot some clothing at his Appartement, he contacted us and made sure we got it back by sending it to our next accommodation. Would come back any time. Thanks Josh!
