We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

My partner and I visited the cottage in early June. Not only were the photos a true reflection of the property, the attention to detail that has gone into the cottage is beautiful. The cottage is in an ideal location, with several local amenities within walking distance. Communication with simply booking was both swift and concise. The only issue from our time spent at the cottage was when we were in the hot tub and laughing, a nosy male customer that had parked in the car park of the nearby pub peered over the wall of the private garden making that experience uncomfortable.

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

The cottage was easy to find from Derek's instructions which we didn't expect with how rural the area was. The house was beautiful and had extra amenities we didn't expect including a guest account for Netflix on the TV and a fancy fridge with an ice maker. Our dog enjoyed the garden (especially the ducks!) And absolutely loved the private field and river areas. She had a great run off the lead around here and a paddle in the river. With how rural the area was, it was a very quiet and peaceful area but we also visited the Beacon Fell nature reserve which was only a short 15 minute drive which was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had, even if we had already asked the question and just forgotten what they said!

Lovely little house extremely quiet location it had everything you wanted made the stay so relaxing couldn’t wish for a nicer charming weekend away. Wish we had booked it for longer highly recommend it to anyone will definitely go there again

What a lovely place! So glad I found it and would love to revisit! It was absolutely stunning! By far the nicest place I have stayed! The properly was beautiful and it was very clean! The views were stunning! Sam was incredibly helpful with booking, directions and getting access to the property! I don’t think he could have been any more helpful which made the process so easy and straight forward! It has everything you needed and we can’t wait to come back!

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

Really relaxing, felt right at home and in the most beautiful, natural location. Our dogs loved the walks and you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall - a nice little family retreat in Lytham. Only 5 mins from centre of the town. Quiet neighbourhood and good quality accommodation

We really enjoyed staying at the coach house, located perfectly for access to Lytham and Blackpool. Big enough for 6 of us staying and with enough room for us to have had family around for dinner one evening. The accommodation itself is well kept, easy to find and Liz left clear instructions for access prior to us arriving. If you have a dog the garden is ideal for them to potter round securely. Really peaceful location with easy access to then Fylde coast. Clean, comfortable and fantastic value! Would return and can wholeheartedly recommend.

They host and propwrty were perfect. We stayed for a little break for the weekend and were massively impressed. The images dont do the property justice. Its spacious, clean, cosy and well maintained. We absolutely loved the snug and hottub. Its only 20 minutes drive to blackpool for a kids day out too. We will most definitely book again.

Julie was a great host, she met us to let us in, the place was beautiful a home from home . The host left us a welcome hamper with milk bread and butter. I would highly recommend this place.

Spacious property and good location for visiting Lytham. Shame the pool table was out of use

We enjoyed a midweek stay in this lovely house. Situated in a peaceful street but within walking distance of the town centre and seafront. Wouldn’t hesitation returning in the future.
