Charlotte’s beautiful place was just the home away from home we needed for a trip back to Melbourne for a family wedding. Walking distance to Moonee Ponds station, Puckle street and numerous cute little back street cafes. Street parking was never an issue and the house had all the amenities we could have asked for travelling with a child- and then some. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Charter Farm house! The property was beautifully decorated, blending classic old-world charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the trampoline, while the men had a great time on the tennis court. A perfect retreat for families looking to relax and enjoy some outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

I was impressed by the spices and ameneties they had in the kitchen. Great collection of coffee making machines, utensils, very clean and new pans and pots, variety of spices. We loved our stay. the balcony area was great for early morning wakeup and listening to birds. great location. 👍☺️

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Kim and Danica came to our rescue on very short notice after we had a previous booking gone bad! Danica responded right away after I messaged to see if their place was available for immediate check in. She was patient and accommodating to work with us and Airbnb on booking last minute. Easy check in and a night and day difference from the filthy dirty rental we came from. It was spotlessly clean and smelled nice! The kitchen was stocked very well and we loved the bar for filtered hot/cold water and coffee in the morning. We enjoyed the patio, the fireplace, and the ability for my family of four to spread out and have a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The only two areas of caution are the stairs and the smart lights/climate control. The stairs are only dimly lit half way, so be sure to go slow, use the handrail, and the big overhead light to clearly see all the stairs. The smart system takes some getting used to. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I highly recommend!!!

We had the most amazing stay here! Our dogs were in absolute heaven—there’s a beautiful pond where they spent hours swimming, a huge yard for them to explore, and plenty of space to run around. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous surroundings that made for the most peaceful and scenic getaway. One of our favourite things was just sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air, and watching all the adorable birds flitting around—it really felt like a nature retreat. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making this place feel welcoming and comfortable, not just for humans but for our fur babies too. 🐾💛

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Lovely accomodation. Peaceful location with gorgeous views - wonderful to see the kangaroos and sheep grazing throughout the day. Cute playground was enjoyed by the kids. Very well equipped kitchen with big oven - great to have a selection of spices available too. Responsive hosts and good layout with bedrooms away from the communal areas. Nice to have an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Central heating worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy and it was a pleasant surprise to have small amenities (eg toothbrushes and paste) provided. Overall a great stay.

Magdalena was a great host and was very responsive with clear instructions for check in. I would highly recommend her place.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

We had such a great stay at Tikali’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the building had great amenities (loved the pool!). The location couldn’t have been better; right near parks, which was perfect for our dog Buffy, and within easy walking distance to the city. It was the ideal base for our Melbourne trip, and Tikali was a responsive and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The house is not only stylish and well-equipped but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was the backyard, where our baby was absolutely delighted watching the birds and ducks each day. The location is great—peaceful, yet just a short drive into town. We especially loved the pastries at Redbeard Bakery and found the most amazing strawberries at the local farmers market. Gordon was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and peaceful retreat!

Susie's place is really comfortable with lovely beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a relaxed vibe. Great for inner Melbourne area - walkable and lots of public transport options, but also has a car space if needed. A recommended place to stay.

Great hosts, perfect description and entry instructions. Such a cute cottage in a lovely setting close to lots of great cafes and restaurants, would recommend for a quiet getaway in hot spring heaven.

Jodies place was perfect for us. In a great location, clean, bright and comfortable. It is a great space. And the dog felt very welcome also! Jodie was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
