My friends and I had a wonderful weekend here! I can honestly say that this was one of the most welcoming Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The hosts greeted us and gave us a thoughtful tour of the space, and they even prepared delicious homemade cookies for us. They also ensured that heaters near the river functioned well, and they made themselves available for any questions. The location and room itself were peaceful and incredibly comfortable. I already hope to come back for a get-away weekend once the weather warms up! I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough.

Michael is an awesome host and this is hands down the best place to stay in Dahlonega! Perfect distance to downtown and a wonderful view all around! Will be staying here again in the future!!

If you are looking for a nice, private, weekend get away for two - this is the place! It is small but spacious, right by town but peaceful and private with a king size bed, an incredible shower and some chairs right along the Chattahoochee. We started each day with a coffee by the river before heading out. The hiking trails close by are plentiful - Duke's Creek was a perfect 2.2 mile moderate in and out with two nice falls. If you don't want to pay for parking in downtown Helen, Kendra's place is an easy half mile walk. Kendra is a great host. The extra, personalized touches stood out and were greatly appreciated. We needed a weekend away to recharge and we couldn't have found a better place to do just that!

Marva was a wonderful host, very responsive to any need or question. Beautiful place inside and out. Seems she thought of everything, even leaving outside games, inside games and puzzles stacked with the basics. Would definitely recommend it!

Bob & Teri were extremely accommodating!! Everything was perfectly clean, they even had snacks and threw blankets laid out. They give very clear instructions for check in and check out. The space is very cozy and decorated very nicely. Very much felt like a home away from home! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful place to stay for a gravel biking trip! Mordecai was friendly and the space was clean and cozy. Would happily stay again in the future!

Mary’s place was perfect for hubby and I 🥰 We enjoys the beautiful surroundings and the comfy “nest” we had the privilege of staying. We appreciated how clean our little getaway home was and how fresh it smelled. This is the perfect place for a quick weekend break to relax

Basement apartment in a pretty neighborhood with lots of deer and squirrels to watch. 🐿️🦌 Darby and Tim showed consideration by leaving lights on for our after dark arrival, removing scented candles for our allergies, and running an air purifier. The self-check in feature was smooth and well explained. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this will be a perfect place to be. Since the stay is on a lower level, there is noise overhead, especially in the early mornings (people and pets). We had privacy and were able to be left alone unless we needed to ask anything. Very friendly hosts.

I had a great stay. The place is very easy to find and in a great location. Was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Would highly recommend staying at river romance.

To be honest, when I first saw Google's street view of this rental I asked myself what did I get myself into. But once seeing this place in person, I was more than pleased and relieved. If you get discouraged by Google's obviously outdated version of this place, I'm here to tell you don't be! The outside has been updated and the inside is just beautiful, comfy, and clean! Very walkable with so much to do nearby. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a family emergency and Christy was very responsive and caring. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

There place was very nice from the stair way outside to the living area inside. The place had everything that we needed to stay comfortably.The town was small but yet it seemed peaceful. We went up there to do a little hiking and that's what we did the trails where under a half an hour away and a little more but everything was great. The owners there where very helpful. I would suggest if anyone wants to stay in the mountains in north Georgia to look up this place they will not disappoint you.

I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Helen, GA. There is a grocery store and restaurant right next door, and the room is within walking distance to everything in town. The room and linens were very clean. We will definitely look to stay at this location on our next trip to Helen.

Very cozy and warm, exactly what you would want for a homey vacation place. Quiet and peaceful, birds singing during the day and fireflies at night. The back porch was our absolute favorite! Not fancy but extremely, extremely comfortable, felt like home. Lisa was wonderful, communicated quickly with any questions. I never could get on the wifi, but we never even turned on the TV. In the end the wifi wasn't a big deal, because the break in communication and noise was an extreme blessing. However Lisa did offer to come over and help me get onto the wifi. would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! It is a beautiful space and had a lovely deck and view. It was well-maintained and well-supplied. The host was responsive and very courteous. Highly recommend!

Karen and Greg were wonderful host to myself and my girlfriend when we stayed at their property for our anniversary. Before going to the property, Karen made it a point to make sure that I had specific directions and instructions for how to arrive at their property and how to navigate within the mountains. We had told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us by having cake and wine in our kitchen for when we first arrived at the property. P.S the cake was delicious. The location was beautiful and the photos don’t capture how nice it is in person. The amenities were excellent, the jacuzzi was amazing and so was the fire pits. When we were at the property, Greg and Karen made both of us feel right at home with their kindness and generosity. I would give this place 10/10 and would come back and stay at the property again. Greg and Karen were amazing as hosts, and I would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay at this gorgeous property for a weekend or an extended weekend!

We had a great weekend getaway! It was very quiet, yet not far from downtown (8 miles of I remember). There were two places to eat within 1/2 a mile. There was also a waterfall within g 4 miles from the cabin. Scott was very friendly!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible, hot tub very clean, and hosts lovely. The area has lots to do, a cute downtown with lots of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and even a train tour! If you are into disc golf check out Treehouse Mountain DGC!

This was one of the actual best Bnb’s we have stayed at. Such a beautiful cabin. The host’s were so helpful and kind. We are actually already planning another trip in the fall . This cabin should definitely be a stop on your trip. Clean, spacious, accommodating and well stocked.

5 stars all around! The space is great…very clean, private and conveniently located. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit area were a perfect way to wind down after a day at nearby wineries!

Bearadise is an exceptional couples retreat. Very private. Spotlessly clean with everything needed for our stay. Great fire pit and beautifully maintained hot tub to relax in after our day of exploring nearby waterfall hikes, cycling or visiting local wineries. The owner was always responsive and In my estimation this promptly was a definite value. I would suggest trying to arrive before dark as the community road back to the property is narrow, and windy with steep ups and downs. Ed and Kathy
