Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Nice cottage nicely presented on site with many other cottages. Kids had almost exclusive use of pool and had proper unaided swim!

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

My second stay at this place. Was very impressed the first time. A very relaxing and very tidy place to spend a weekend with family. Very good view of the sea and Alisa Craig island rock. Caroline and Stuart were very helpful and accommodating with my scheduling of the stay. Highly recommend this place.

Caravan was beautiful inside & out it was. spotless , it had everything you need & more and the small personal touches such a the welcome food items , toiletries , cleaning products the caravan had everything you could possibly want or need .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

Novel location in the middle of the city. Garage was a very nice safety aspect. Alley leading to place was a typical inner city side street that might be a little less predictable at night. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk anywhere and lots of close and great restaurants. Overall very happy with the place.

Lovely place, well equipped Kitchen. Lovely and peaceful. Very comforrable and all the things you may need. Good phone reception, wifi connection and TV. Toy cupboard for our girls. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and beautiful views over the loch from lounge window. Lovely garden. Very helpful and welcoming host.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trail House. the cottage is perfectly located for walking and cycling in the glentress forest, and is walking distance to the local pub/restaurant. the house was perfectly set up for everything we needed, and Hayley was a super responsive and flexible host.

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

A perfect property in the quiet and peaceful area of Bruntsfield, a stones throw from everything you can need in terms of transport links, walks, shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and really appreciated all the little touches that make a property a home, such as fresh flowers, welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge. Thank you Di and Eddie.

Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. We had a great stay and would recommend anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place in Stirling. The property was extremely clean, well appointed with extra details like condiments in the kitchen. It was situated at the end of a quiet tree lined road and although it was near lots of good facilities it felt very peaceful. We didn't use the patio area much as we had a busy weekend with our family but it would have been nice to have breakfast or coffee there. The parking was very convenient and the neighbours seemed very flexible about parking spaces. It was easy to unload the car into the house. Although it is not a large house, it was fine for two of us for a few days. The beds were comfortable , there was enough storage space and a very good shower in the newly fitted bathroom.

Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!
