It’s a great house to stay in! Beautiful neighborhood!

Brandy’s place was perfect for the price. Convenient and affordable. No more, no less than our guys needed while they were in town for work. Even ate at the Dunlap Restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

Perfect place to join up with our son, DIL, infant, and dog, as they evacuated from south Florida! We enjoyed making our meals in the fully stocked kitchen! The house was set up perfectly for our needs, with the master suite on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. Enjoyed our walks in the beautiful quiet neighborhood!

We booked in advance and did not plan for a winter storm, however Katherine went above and beyond to communicate updates about the winter storm, pointers for how to navigate the area with all the snow, and she left supplies for us in case we lost power. We had a great time! Not to mention it was clean, we loved the downstairs area, and it was a great kitchen!

We had a wonderful week long stay. We booked last minute and received an immediate response about our accommodations! The home is very clean and tidy. We needed to relax and unwind and were able to do that here! We will be back if we around this area again. Thank you Andersons!

We loved our family vacation at this home! The home is nicer in person than the pictures even show. The lot is easy to walk and close to the water with a boat ramp. We loved the theater room and the ping pong table. The fire pit was perfect for making s’mores! Troy was extremely responsive when we reached out. The lift in the boat dock unfortunately did not work. Troy had someone come to fix it, but we realized they were unsuccessful so that was a downside. Our specific family would benefit from a different bedroom/bed set up (our own issue), but we were able to put a queen air mattress in the theater room for one couple which was a great room for sleeping. The home was stocked with dishes, towels, washcloths, a new bottle of Dawn, a sponge for the dishes, etc. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, & fridge were all in good working order.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

Got to fish, swim and enjoy family. Large house gave us plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. FCF restaurant at the lodge and their pool shack were nice to go to as well. They were about a 20 minute drive from the house. Met a super nice guy at one of the lakes. Be nice, respectful and clean up after yourself and you shouldn’t have any problems.

I find with some home rentals, it’s just four walls and a roof. But Lisa clearly put forth extra effort to make me feel welcomed, from my name at the front door, candies, homemade cake, and more. There were plenty of towels and choices of pillows! The doors and windows were securely locked and the neighborhood was very quiet. The abundance of beautiful places to sit helped me get the peace I needed. There is one thing to note, which should be added to the list of amenities: there are TV apps, like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. This allowed me to binge watch some shows! The lake is across the street, and the waterfall is behind the house. Sitting outside, it felt like all my problems would easily be solved! I took my dog who also felt comfortable and enjoyed all the nature, too!

Nicole was a wonderful host, very accommodating, very responsive, and has a wonderful location. I will be coming back again

Great place to stay, we keep coming back. Our kids love to romp around the rocks, and walk down to the creek.

My friends always enjoy staying here when they are in town visiting. It is always clean and spotless.
