Love the location of this house for visiting wineries as you do not have to go through town. Quiet neighborhood. After weeks on the road, it was nice to have a recliner and netflix to watch lol.

This accommodation is well worth it! It is stylish, close to amenities, has a great outdoor area - all you could wish for while you are away on holiday with the family!

We were a large group cycling the Sounds 2 Sounds event so place very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Lots of towels. Kitchen well equipped as we cooked. Short walk to Picton cafes. We were more than happy and highly recommend for a large group.

This place was above and beyond our expectations! Every single detail in every corner of the space was carefully thought out to give a hotel-like experience. We immediately felt at home! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we enjoyed using the products provided, they smell divine! On arrival, Tania also very generously gifted us with a basket of coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, biscuits and wine! Safe to say this was one of the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to this area!

We spent two weeks exploring New Zealand, staying at seven different places, and this one was, without a doubt, our favorite. The property is truly spectacular. The architecture of the home is stunning, the expansive grounds are impressive, and the decor is incredibly stylish—it's a really cool and unique space. The house was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved grilling our meals on the outdoor BBQ, cooling off in the plunge pool, and enjoying the outdoor shower. Both the front and back patios offered lovely seating areas where we could relax and soak in the surroundings. We chose not to go out in the evenings because we simply wanted to savor every moment on the property. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the Wither Hills, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful walk or hike. It's also close enough to town that our tour guides picked us up (one of them even asked to come inside so he could recommend it to some friends). Book it!

Great place to stay after getting off the ferry. Slept great in a very comfortable bed. Denise picked me up and was very helpful with helping me to arrange a bus to Nelson.

Quiet, secure. Easy access to restaurants and pub; we appreciated the laundromat a short walk away. Nice amenities in the apartment.

The bedroom upstairs is fab and the bed was super comfy. Our boat is in Waikawa so we couldn't ask for a more perfect location. Thanks John!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Very high quality apartment centrally located. Comfortable and spacious with nice balcony. Amenities were top rate and kitchen well-equipped. We were three and only slight disadvantage was there was no dining table, and not enough chairs for a sit down meal. Nevertheless I highly recommend as such a great place to stay!

Christine’s location is the perfect getaway in a beautiful town. Her residence is perfectly positioned for exploring the town by foot. The house itself was exactly as described, comfortable, and cozy.
