Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Geweldige locatie met geweldige host! Rustig huis tussen de bergen in een mooi dorpje. In combinatie met het thuisbezorgde eten van Guido, het uitzicht op de bergen en het haardvuur in de tuin voelden we ons echt in het authentieke Italië! Daarnaast ideaal voor kinderen qua speelgoed, bedjes en een omheinde tuin met speeltoestellen. We hebben een super tijd gehad!

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We all felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of cleanliness and convenience contributed to a pleasant experience for everyone.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement! De locatie is super, in het centrum. Alles was heel netjes en schoon en de communicatie met Manuel is ook heel snel en vriendelijk. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

L’alloggio di William è stato perfetto. Lui è stato reattivo, disponibile e gentile. Sia nella comunicazione via Airbnb che di persona. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e pulita. Siamo stati in otto e siamo stati molto bene. La casa è accogliente e calda. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni di ciaspolate, trekking e sci. Airbnb Consigliatissimo, grazie William!

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Eltern von Mattia haben uns herzlich mit vielerlei Leckereien willkommen geheißen. Schade war nur, dass die Sonne ab 15.00 Uhr im Garten weg war. Sonst war alles top. Wir alle, auch unsere Hunde, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had the most wonderful stay in Lauterbrunnen last week at this charming apartment, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. The location was nothing short of magical—surrounded by breathtaking mountains, cascading waterfalls, and the serene beauty of the valley. The apartment itself was a delight. It was cozy yet spacious, with warm wooden touches that gave it an authentic alpine feel. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning Everything was spotlessly clean, and the little details, like a well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering thoughtful tips about exploring the area. The peaceful atmosphere of both the apartment and Lauterbrunnen itself was exactly what we needed to unwind. If you’re looking for a perfect alpine retreat, this place is a gem. They were really nice. The place is fabulous However if you are with luggage then you have to walk 500mts uphill. The view from apartment is amazing. Groceries are also not nearby and if you are visiting on bank holiday take everything from center.

Kathleen was very welcoming and very kind. I got there when the weather got rough with the snow and she made sure I had the proper clothing and gave me recommendations. Easy to communicate with for any questions needed. Instructions were very clear and easy to find.

Wir durften nun schon zum zweiten Mal als Familie bei Michaela und ihrem Mann zu Gast sein, und es war erneut ein absolut wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft: großzügig geschnitten, lichtdurchflutet, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – von der Küchenausstattung über die bequemen Betten bis hin zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre, die uns jedes Mal sofort ankommen und entspannen lässt. Michaela und ihr Mann sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann: jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit viel Herz bei der Sache. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und bestens betreut. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, bald wiederzukommen – ein herzliches Dankeschön an Euch für Eure Gastfreundschaft!

A bit unlucky during my stay since it was raining all the day long. The Airbnb location is quite close to train station. The apartment was well equipped and the only thing I might add is the heating. It gets quite cold during raining days and the temperature is only allowed at 20-21 ℃, which is quite cold during evening.

La casa está muy bien ubicada cerca de la estación de esquí. Está tan solo a unos 5 minutos andando. Tiene aparcamiento privado y la casa está limpia y bien equipada. Está en un vecindario muy tranquilo con unas vistas increíbles.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Great chalet in a beautifully area. Close to train and ski lifts, with amazing views of the Eiger. Reto was a brilliant host, gave us all the information we needed, and was really proactive with communication, which made the stay really stress free. Great family holiday for us!

Perfect little place to stay in Como, great food and sights to see nearby. Check in was smooth and there was outstanding communication with the host.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Cindy & Joe war absolut perfekt! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Cindy und Joe sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber:innen, die alles dafür unternehmen, um ihren Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Anfragen wurden immer extrem schnell und freundlich beantwortet, sodass wir uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlten. Wir wurden sehr nett von Cindy persönlich empfangen und haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass Cindy und Joe mit viel Liebe und Engagement Gastgeber:innen sind. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Great apartment, super clean, great scent, always smelled clean, throughout our stay, the bed linen was pristine as well as the towels. The view is incredible, I was left speechless when I saw it. The Tiramisù provided by the host, at my request, was 11 out of 10… ☺️ excellent! The whole surrounding building is also very nice. Would recommend again! Thanks a lot ☺️
